I bought a car through them 12 months ago, had to change my payment date due to my employer being taken over and pay date moving.
The lady on the phone was very helpful and the date was changed with no problem.
I will re new my finance with them next year and get a newer car through them.

Absolutely shocking customer service received from this company today, after calling many many times to sort out an issue that is THEIR fault not mine, I was told by a "supervisor" Charlie, who at first refused to give his name as he new I was going to complain, that it wasn't their problem it was mine, and would gladly put me through to the terminations team!!!!!!! how disgusting, instead of wanting to try and help a customer, who may I add SHOULD be a valued customer as both myself and my husband have accounts that are always kept up to date, appalling company will not ever be renewing and will be terminating as soon as our time is up
