after spending my weekend in a garage,
i find out that it needs new cat converter the exhaust was missing a connection very dangerous , needs new brakes discs pads calipers front both wheels and rims as been binding on front left wheel and wheel bearings and brake fluid bleeding and the world of cars fitted the incorrect battery which i still have on my car twice.
costing just nearly 2000 pounds repair quote all in
i have sent another follow up email from the one bellow in detail and no one got back to me at a requested time.
mark you should be ashamed to be ceo of this company and not even respond to my complaint
i will be seeking legal action if this isnt resolved or i haven't been contacted back by close of business today as promised in the the email below.
i am also still awaiting a refund of a mobile jump starter 6 months later as i had to buy this as when the car was left off in first few months or it stalled it decided it didn't want to start and u had to call breakdown or jump car.
jade firth mentioned she was covering the cost and advising her manager about it never heard a thing back even when i sent in proof.

UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY CANT EVEN PROTECT CUSTOMERS DATA!
asked for my settlement figure,
they sent me it as per bellow and advised it was a password protected document *(OBVIOUSLY FOR DATA PROTECTION REASONS)!
The document is encrypted for security purposes.
I then sent this as a reply
can you explain to me why you cant even get the basics of data protection right.
The document opened if i just opened it!!!! that could of been sent to anyone!!!!!

Love the response below not usual standards we want to resolve not what you was saying yesterday on the phone, without a independent vehicle report you are doing nothing then passed me through go collections who advised me why wasn't I going to pay anymore I never said I was going to stop paying

Advisor even lied to me about what a diagnostic report showed.
i sent them proof of exhaust been fixed centre pipe and box that connects to cat, proof failed mot because of two rear tyres close to legal limit, and proof tracking needed doing and receipts for all of the above!

I have had god knows how many issues go wrong with the car within less than the first year,
in the first 6 months i couldn't use my warranty as halfords wouldn't look at it due to the finance box been fitted and wouldn't even sell me a battery for it! the garage i got the car from had to take over after a complaint and did sort this out and did compensate me with petrol for each trip i made.
they did replace the box and then it worked and then it didn't another drive up and gave me a courtesy car while they diagnosed car for repair and replaced battery which solved the problem of every time the car stalled it had to be jump started very embarrassing and did leave me stranded a few times. but the garage my car had work done in this week advised me that this isnt the battery designed for my car that has been put on by the world of cars and could cause electrical current damage.
its had a new finance box even after your engineer advised me it was fine and didn't need replacing it ended up going back to world of cars for a new one then it went wrong again then a new battery fitted and the battery and finance box was replaced by the garage i got it from after it had been to the executive team through many emails, i wanted to swap the car but that was the option fix the car fetch it back any more issues i can swap it.. they gave me a courtesy car while they fixed my car but even that did the stalling issue, and they immediately put a new battery on that and a full tank of fuel for my inconvenience tbh it was quite funny and proved a point , world of cars have been amazing the car finance company not so amazing pass the book and rude even the warrenty department had a i dont want to know attitude it isnt our job attitude until i put the agent in his place soon changed his tone.
ive had to get the centre pipe of the exhaust replaced in January (not covered by warranty) rusted to f..ck and had a hole in it. again garage advised shouldn't of happened to a car under a 3 yr agreement shouldn't be rusted and in that condition and cost me 79.20.
ive had enough now and tempted to go to the financial ombudsman
since February ive had an intermittent engine management light when it comes on the steering goes weird and it seems to go off when i fill up with fuel and comes back some miles later and if its fulled up with anything else get it booked in to get it checked and it goes off i seriously cant cope with it anymore ive even had to buy a mobile diagnostics unit in case it comes back on so i can catch it and check it! .
this week alone ive had to had tracking done, tracking was way out, in march when its had its mot the back tyres where down to the minimum which suggests when i got the car the tyres weren't very good condition and the back number plate light wasn't working and the boot plastic inside to hide the electrics is hanging off again car like that when i got it and hasn't had either since i got the car , the finance box wouldn't accept my code for 3 days in a row and it keeps stalling on steep hills the bite is way too high and ive been advised by the garage that did the tracking to get in touch as they said the clutch wont have much life on it and for a car that i have finance for for 3 years isnt very good in the first year needing all this work recently plugged the diagnostic machine in and it came up with p0420 code catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1, catalyst monitor b1 status fail a job that will cost me over a grand to be repaired depending on which cat has gone on the car from what i have being quoted!
I have sent a complaint in and awaiting a response.

I did try to contact you yesterday as requested on and was given the option to leave a voicemail.
I have reviewed the information you supplied on 17/05/2017, with the information I have been supplied we are unable to assist with the issues that are present with the vehicle.
This information you supplied only shows what the current faults are, in order for us to give assistance we need a written statement from a mechanic advising these faults would have been present or developing at inception.
I you do remain dissatisfied you do have the right to escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service as per the advice on your final response letter, dated 15 May 2017.

As*****y thanks but please dont insult me with more responses thanks i would like the executive team to deal with my complaint now.
May i also add, i would like 3 possible outcomes to my complaint.
1. you service my car and anything found wrong you fix my current car with no cost to me.
2. you swap the car and do a pdi check on the new car you are giving me and give me proof of that anything found faulty you fix before me owning that car.
3. you cancel my finance agreement with no cost to me and i give the car back.
i have seen evidence of plenty of reviews on trust pilot of faulty cars being sold and world of cars apparently fixing it and then something going wrong i believe i am victim to this
Please also see attached the catlyic converter has broke and needs replacing
MY Vehicle has been full of faults from the start, less than a year into my agreement the caylst converter has gone, which suggests the vehicle wasnt checked properly or inspected before i was sold my vehicle,
please read the complaint and not try to pass the book
this costs way over 1000 pound to repair something im not going to fork out for.
the mot in march had the two rear wheels replaced as they failed on illegal tread again suggests that the tyres didnt have much tread on them when i got the car,
i believe i am like many others on trust pilot with the 1 star reviews that have been sold a dud.
i would like to return the vehicle free of charge and cancel my finance agreement as your company are useless and wont do anything to help and wont take responsibility.
I dont agree with that outcome and would like to cancel my finance and return the vehicle back free of charge?
think you can sort that out? if not please forward all emails on to your chief executive.

This car would have been my third with the car finance company, you would assume being a renewal customer you would receive a lower interest rate as I have in the past, but no all has changed at the car finance company they now increase your APR by 20%
In my precious car I was involved in a very bad crash leaving my Audi A4 a complete write off cat B no fault of my own but left with no car, and also feeling I'm being penalised by the so called restructure of the company only 9 garages in the country now supply the cars you can have on increased APR, this meant me traveling 2 hours away from my home, I settled on a car that was ok I thought, all docs signed less than a week later there is a fault with the electrics, water fills the rear lights and all charging ports suddenly stopped working, as I'm still within the 14 days cooling off period the car has gone back but really where does this leave me?
I've now got to find another more accommodating finance company with lower interest rates and more garages that supply cars, so if you think being a repeat customer makes you feel valued think again, I'm proof of that!
I have obtained finance with another company at a better rate, and higher lend amount

I am coming to the end of my 30 month agreement with TCFC and i have nothing but praise, customer service has been fantastic when I have had to contact them. Yes the APR is high but what do you expect from having bad credit this is my first car with finance. My pass time device works fine never had a problem with it and never had to change battery on it.

Absolutly disgusted by this company.
Had car 2.5 years.
Had major surgery last year which i discussed with the company monthly.
To be fair they were ok and helped me out by reducing the payments by 50%.
Never thought anything about it as kept in touch with them.
Also over last 7 days tried to contact them and left numerous request call backs with no joy.
I then finally make contact with them for them to tell me they are reposessing my car. May I add at this point (I have never missed a payment ever)

No communication to discuss the issue fom them.
Please please do not buy a car from these inept rude people.
Finally sorted out after discussing with some arragont manager.
They do not care.

Would never ever go with this company again. Everytime I phone them up I always have rude customer services and attitude is disgusting. Interest rate is crazy rate. I wil never ever go through this company again for finance, paid well over the odds for my car. So much for "we care about your future not your past" never heard so much bull in my life. I've been fleeced for money over the last three years and have defiantly learnt my lesson! You may aswel save your money up and buy a car outright! I've wasted a lot of time and money on these people and all they do is treat you like rubbish! Avoid at all costs!'

I was referred to TCFC by cancan Car finance. I made application on Monday night, got a phone call next day from cancan saying that TCFC has approved me and I can go to trade center wales and get a car! all a bit god to be true, that's what I thought, but believe it or not it was all true, Now for Trade center wales, just watch out for these guys, I was approved for 3,000 and I put down £300 deposit I picked a car and agreed to pay 180.00 PCM.. then all of a sudden the sales executive from trade center wales and i quote ` the finance company have been on the phone and they want £300 more to approve the finance, I am not stupid so when I quizzed them a bit more and asked them to get TCFC on the phone it went from £300. £12.00 big drop in price. I get TCW got targets to meet but would of that money gone to TCFC or in their back pocket? just be warned of these cowboys in trade center Wales TCW will be having a great review soon on their page. anyway back to TCFC. TCFC slogan sums up the company and what they're all about `we care about your future, not your past` this is the first ever finance company I have ever used I don't think I will every change, these guys even phoned me to tell me i paid twice in 1 month and do i want a refund, not many companies's out there that do that! thanks TCFC for everything :)
