please be aware new clients, if you do not use their prefered dealership there is a £200 pound deposit to pay. Process from start to finish was two weeks.

Issues were resolved very quickly and refreshing for a company to own up to mistakes which were sorted straight away with an apology.

Very friendly service, talked through the whole process and answered all questions that i had. Was able to have a good look at all cars available and test drove the one i wanted, had my car delivered to my house the next day, very happy with my purchase!

"Avoid at all costs"

when signing up to the car finance company you agree to a device being fitted (due to having bad credit the device will immobilise the car if you do not pay) at that if you make your payment every month you will be sent a code so that the car is not immobilised. however i am now on month 8 and as yet have never received a code every month my alarm goes off despite never missing a payment. i have to phone to get the code which is easier said than done as the company very rarely answers the phone. when they do answer they tell me a code is not being generated they don't know why and they won't look into it. this month however i have phoned and 72 hours later i am still waiting for my code!!! please do not go anywhere near this company!!!
