"DO NOT USE"

We have 3 cars as a family, and 2 out of the 3 have had problems with the first few weeks of having them, the first car we got in September through a dealer close to home had issues and the finance company declined to fix t when the dealer refused the warranty work; resulting in me going through the financial ombudsman. The second car, my partner got through one of the finance company's own dealerships. The car has had a lot of problems since the begginng, we are yet to get one call back, we have to chase constantly. It has now completely broken, and I demanded to speak to a manger which was not working shift. They estimated a call back time from a manger of up to 1 week, even after refusing to pay the finance as it has not even been looked at since the first complaint. VERY BERY POOR SERVICE. I would NOT recommend and will not be using again! Please stay away from this finance company.

But time it was qui ker and less hassle because i was a gold customer. Start to finish in 48 hours couldn't be more perfect.

There rates arnt that bad either to be honest, not far from main dealer apr.

What an joke of a company, took forever getting the car kept changing the amount of finance to sort them, they staff can't count or add up. Haven't even rung to see everything is ok very poor customer service, think long and hard to before using these company sure that's better else where

with an application in place but not happy with the dealer I spoke to Head Office. They sorted out the whole thing and from the time I spoke to HQ to collecting the car was 7 days, which in fairness was down to me finding the right car. Overall very happy with the level of on the phone and face to face

We had been refused in the past but with The Car Finance Company it was different. The staff were friendly and made us feel at ease and everything was so straight forward. Would definitely recommend this company.

A lack of communication I was not imformed of certain conditions until I was sighing the paperwork, not being kept up to date I had to phone them all the time to find out what's was going on I was told by the garage when I could pick up the car to this day I have had no communication with this company, i will not be using them again
