I bought my car through the car finance company and they sent someone to meat me and talked me through everything before I bought my car they all was the only company to help me as I have got bad credit so I would recommend to any off my Friends that can not get credit

"Very disappointed customer"

Having had an excellent experience over the past 2 and half years, I have now had a bad one, CFC contacted me as my current package was coming to the end to offer me a renewel , after considering this I decided to go ahead and filled in the on line application , I was contacted to answer all the relavent questions which I did, I asked could they supply me with a dealer list to which I was told they would email it to me 4 weeks later I was contacted again had to explain everything answer all the relavent questions again, I asked yet again for the dealer list and yes received it this time ( thanks to the very helpful customer support gent ) after searching the list found a garage that had a vehicle that I was interested in made an appointment to go and view which I did so started the ball rolling, I had to contact CFC while at the garage to tell them I had found a vehicle and give them details , the garage asked me to leave a £100 refundable deposit to take the vehicle off the market to which I did, no finance figures were discussed at this time only the price of the vehicle and the part ex, left the garage with a possible collection date once all the details were sorted , 48hrs later I was contacted by the CFC with the facts and figures regarding the package 12 hrs before supposed collectin of vehicle, the figures that were given to me were out of my budget I asked could I take this package over a 4 year deal instead of a 3 year term, to which I was told NO because of the vehicles age (09) plate but if it had been a 10 plate I could of, ( this doesn't sound like some of the reviews I have read on here , were the CFC tailor your finance package to your needs) I have had to contact the garage to explained that I won't be going through with the purchase as it was out of my budget, and was told that they had prepared the vehicle for me to leave it with them and they would look into it, still waiting for phone call back from garage.
So after all that it's cost ME £100 to source a vehicle ,inform CFC that I had sourced a vehicle , waste 3 days of my life waiting fo a decision, only to end up with no new vehicle, I to am a loyal gold star customer, so they tell me.

Ps found all staff very helpful and polite.

"Fast, friendly service"

I recently applied for car finance and was accepted by the CFC. From the first contact they were very friendly, but professional and were happy to help with any questions I had.

The representative I met at the dealership was also of great help and we processed the paperwork with no hassle at all.

I was then driving the car away a couple of days later - extemely happy and certain that I will be using them again, once my agreement is over.

I chose the car finance company due to it giving me control of where i purchase my car from. The process from start to finish was seamless and very quick. I expected it to take a lot longer than it did but i had my car within days of being accepted. I visited the dealer 3 times, 1st to test drive and view the car, 2nd was to sign the paperwork and 3rd was to collect the car. Overall excellent service provided.

I feel the high level of Apr is hard to take but I needed a car for work and it helps with the bad credit so that all get what they need. When I renewed my finance I asked if I could get a lower Apr and to my surprise the Apr by more than 20%

Everything good but the interest and vat is again price of my car

The whole process was quick and easy to go through, I had found a car that I wanted externally but couldn't get finance through the dealers preferred companies. So I contacted CFC who took me through the whole process and get me sorted within 24 hours. I have already recommended them to a member of the family.
