"Getting my car"

The only negative I can say is that when I arrived at the Merthyr showroom I felt intimidated by the salesman all stood in the middle of the room. There were about ten of them who all looked when I walked in. If I had been on my own I probably would have left but I had my dad with me.it was just an initial impression

Other than that the staff were helpful and friendly. The waiting time was to be expected for the checks that needed doing. The service was very good.

I have a terrible credit rating due to being made redundant some time ago and having to take out an IVA. I desperately needed a car on finance but was refused every time I tried. Then I discovered the Car Finance Company and, within a week, was on the road in my lovely new car. They couldn't have been more helpful and took my individual circumstances into account rather than simply my credit score. Staff on the phone and in person when I collected the car couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. Thank you Car Finance Company!

Took over a week from being passed to getting in the car could do with being dealt with faster also I think that they need to sort better cancel policy out as at the moment they give 14 days but if you cancel in the 14 days you still have a big lump sum to pay them for me nearly full price of car which is unfair

We chose a car over two weeks ago which we was supposed to pick up on the Saturday only to receive a phone call from this company saying we couldn't have it , we decided to look for another car which and having found one we traveled a round trip on nearly 140 miles we loved this car now we are being told to go all the way back to the garage again in the morning to sign the paper work which we wouldn't mind if we could bring the car home NO we can't until they decide to fit there device onto it in total three round trips for a car they can't be bothered to fit a device to it until it suits themselves a total of 420 miles altogether thank you to The car finance company it seems your company loves wasting people's time and money because I bet I'm not refunded for all the traveling I have to do


Hi to all the general public that use this website The Car Finance Company what a joke we have paid this company £5.900.00 in ten months and they still expect us to pay the £1903.56. On my understanding a finance company works on either pay the full term of the agreement or ask for a settlement figure which once again in my understanding knocks a good percentage off the interest rate being charged over the 36 month term because it is being settled a lot faster, I'd contacted The Car Finance Company on Monday the 20/2/2017 and spoke to a man on the phone about the settlement figure for our car and he had stated that the settlement figure was a total of £4700.00 alarm bells started ringing considering that me and my partner had already payed The Car Finance Company £2800.00 which is a subtotal of £7500.00 ? In my understanding that was the amount to be paid in the three year term we signed the agreement around march last year 2016 thats a staggering 10 months and this company are still trying to charge us £7500.00 they have been paid £5900.00 I would like to suggest that members of the public keep away from The Car Finance Company they are high way crooks that try to take full advantage of people and please don't ask to talk to a manager you will have to wait three days for them to contact you back this isn't a professional company they must of got some of there staff out of a thing called a lucky bag ? { Hayley } in collections department is one of those members of staff keep away folks, if it wasnt for Id say about 5% of the staff in the Plymouth branch this would be a decent company what a same.

I phoned car finance to just see what i could do .i had the finance sorted out in less than 20 minutes and when i askedfor approved dealers i was sent an e-mail with about 15 dealers i selected one and sorted car out and signed within 5 days.Very happy with the service I received
