The whole process from start to finish was stressful and time wasting. The lady was 40mins late for the appointment, didn't take correct paperwork which prolonged the process. Promised phone calls that I never received and you had big issues with working with the garage that you say never gave you correct invoice but they did As I was there when it was sent. Notes on your system was updated so when calling for the 100th time they had no idea what was going on. Now I have a big phone bill to pay as I had to chase every second. Lucky I stayed with you.

Good company but when was sorting out finance the person I was dealing with (Richard) had put wrong number in and done all paperwork for that car causing my insurance to be wrong. It was only as I was collecting car I noticed the reg was wrong I went back to office where I dealt with (owain) who quickly put everything correct for me.

"Disappointed"

Did purchase car 6 months ago and i m very disappointed with car ad there is all the time some problems ,sometimes will not start, than its loosing power, now i will need replacement of clutch who will cost 1k, drive shaft bearing needs to be replaced 1,5k, car cost me fortune and now on top of that i will need spend all my money to repair car, went to garage but they told that there is no problem with car,warranty will run out after 10 days and i cant do anything as car is still driving, its not carfinance company's foult but garage who sold car and don't care about people.
