We couldn't get approved from any company and then we came across the car finance company. We got a car back in 2013 and have just finished paying for it and we found the car finance company to be absolutely amazing and helpful in everything. Brilliant company would definitely go back when we need to in the future thank you

"Awful stay well clear!"

Bought a car through these in December had nothing but problems...turbo,clutch,brakes,radiator had to get replaced as was not even fitted in car not even any brackets!!!! Also had to have new timing belt and water pump! Garage who we picked to do repairs also said all the pulleys and everything underneath the car are extremely corroded and would not pay 2 grand for the car never mind 6 and a half! plus interest Problems are endless and Aftersales is horrendous...car currently sat at door hoping this horrendous company take it away!

Keep well away I was sold a faulty car and after months of complaints from the first week I decided not to pay them anymore money and asked them to take the car back now they have the car back they have got the cheek put a £6000 debt on my credit file even tho I paid £600 in payments and also the the original debt was only £7500 I had the car less than 2 months how the heck do I still o them £6000 for a car they have got back and I've only owned the car a few months every time I call regarding this they keep me on hold for 30 mins at a time KEEP WELL AWAY PEOPLE, now I am unable to upgrade my phone contract because they have messed up my credit report.

I was really happy with the sale but the after care received from Portsmouth branch is unacceptable. I still have repairs outstanding and no help from them.

Bad customer service from staff and management, took nearly 2 weeks to complete in the end I had to contact the area manager who was lovely and helpful.
