After using you before with a quick and easy to sort finance I thought it would be the same second time round how wrong I was after agreement on how much I could have to purchase a car I found the car I wanted which I could of drove away that same day but after specking to who ever in your office I add to repeatedly send copys of bank statements and continuisly keep phoning and you keep phoning me changing the appointment times alsorts of aggro

My experience with the car finance company was overall pretty good just need to cut the amount of time the people are hanging around because it gets very boring and uncomfortable

Have had two cars from the car finance company since august - one was midsole due to being faulty and the one I have now is faulty (gearbox)

I could not get finance without gurantor and I preferred not to have one so decided to look throughly for a company that would finance me. I came across this company and all was well accepted my finance and i got a call from a gentleman called Asahd. He wanted proof of my income so asked me to send it by photo, including my bank details, to his personal mobile!!! I was so surprised he would think i would do such thing and made me second judge getting finance. I then had to call multiple times to confirm that my details where in the right hands and they where still going on with the finance. I went down on a saturday to car giant which is two hours away from me, to pay my deposit and under the impression that i was getting my car on Tuesday. Monday night comes now saying he has a problem with my Paperwork and the documents need to be signed again, baring in mind they need to send it by post, which delayed my car till Wednesday. He then promised me i would be getting my car, i waited seven hours!!!!! In car giant with a representative who had no clue about me coming and i had to then resign the documents and come on the friday to pick up my car! I had a week off work to enjoy my car which was ruined by this gentleman as all tje plans i created where ruined. To top it off he also threatened to cancel my finance because i was getting stressed? I wasted in total 15 hours of my own time, seven of them waiting to not get my car. Please have serious words.

Great helpful company.. highly reccomend.. they make sure everything is done so you can drive away the same day.. the lady dealing with me stayed after finishing time to make sure we drove the car away that very day BRILLIANT

Excellent service from start to finish. I applied online and received a phone call the next day, went over my application which was really easy. The car finance company sent me a list of dealers and I picked my car. It's that easy.....
All in all the whole process took 3 days and that was over the weekend. (I aplied on the Thursday night and was driving my new car by Sunday midday) I would highly recommend for anyone to use them.......
