"It was embarrassing"

Did everything they asked traveled an hour met at the garage signed the papers drove away 2 days later car was collected as they had missed I didn't have a driving licence it had been revoked 2,5 years ago unbeknown to me as I had moved before I even knew it was being revoked a week and a half another hours drive get car still not cleaned and didn't fix the door stay and used my fuel some big mistake eh

This is the second time I've used this company to buy my car it's a very fast service and great customer servive the only problem I've had on both times is the box fitters they are always late or don't turn up so this delayed my car by a day this is something the car finance company should sort out but everything else was spot on well done 😀

The actual purchase of the new car was fine , but the lack of interest and communication relating to the previous car that I had purchased through the company was very poor.

I spotted a car on ebay held with a reputable dealers just less than a week later i have the car. At the end of the day you would expect to pay more APR if other companies would not accept you. Transaction went smoothly, I would just have liked a little more contact from them keeping me in the loop. So dont believe all you hear, I would recommend thanks

The staff were very helpful, friendly and they explained every little detail. And if you not quiet sure of something they took time to explain it again until i was happy i understood. The progress was worked around my schedule, nothing ever seemed too much trouble

Everything went fine apart from one person telling me the payement was just going through to the dealership and then in the same afternoon they hadn't even received the paperwork. Other than that it was faultless and I would recommend.
