I was able to get a new car with this finace company when I would have been refused credit by most lenders, this was great, although it cost me over 9k for a 4k car but this was to be expected with my credit rating.

Now over 3 years later and the car was paid off without a hitch, but I am still waiting to have the device removed from MY car over 2 months after my final payment, this is beyond a joke, they are effectively stopping me from selling my property.

Worst experience I have ever seen. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
In one day I spoke to 5 different people who all come up with very different answers.
Promised calls back but surprise surprise no calls.
Jess has no customer service qualities and is rude and as for the rest shocking.

But taking that in too consideration I was dealt with professionally and speedy through out my contact with them
Out in touch with a few dealers and was able to find a car that was worth paying the extra money through obtaining this type of finance

I am awaiting a response to a complaint sent 10 weeks ago with no response despite two e mails and two phone calls. They are very eager to take your money and will harass but very poor responding to a complaint that breached my confidentiality.
