"Stay clear of this company!"
We purchased our first car through this company in march 2016, after we had signed ALL agreements we was given the mot certificate! Which had a number of advisories on..
the air con had not been re-gassed & the gear was missing the gear numbers, timing chain was not done even though the car had reached over 110,000 miles.
I lost the car for over a month while it was in an independent garage having a new ABS pump put in.. and new break servo.. also had to change 2 tyres and front And rear brake disks and pads.
Was told we should have serviced the car after we purchased it!!
Awful service, rude unhelpful staff will be continuing a complaint with the financial ombustman .

From first applying with TCFC the staff have been fantastic..they are friendly.. polite and helpful.. Not one of those companies where the staff treat you like it's their personal money your after 🙄..
TCFC are on your side all the way and will help you any way they can..

Promised me drive away insurance, failed to deliver. Promised me a car like new, ended up with a car with dodgy electrics and scratches everywhere, promised me a full tank of petrol for my drive home (3hour drive) and they failed to deliver. Avoid. Avoid avoid.
Gemma was nice though, the lady resolving all the problems.

Spent 1 day sat around in a car dealership to find a car. Said car dealership couldn't be found by a simple Google search for reviews. Was told my limit and that they only have 1 car out of the selection as all others were too expensive. No test drive. Desperate for a car I took it (huge mistake) besides the high payments for a poor car every payment was made on time. For 7 months the payment reminder device wasn't registering my code and therefore eventually in June my car got disabled. Therefore I raised a complaint with TCFC after advising them previously of the issues with the device and nothing being done. 1 week later I received a complaint acknowledgement with my name and address someone else's agreement number for a vauxhall corsa with a different registration number to that of my ford focus. And this was the last I heard. After chasing numerous times and receiving no response I dug out my agreement and found that I had made enough payments to hand the car back and terminate my agreement. I therefore handed the relevant notice and asked how they would like me to return the vehicle due to it being disabled. Yet again no response. 2 months passed and I continued making payments in fear my credit reference would be effected. I have now stopped the standing order and will await details for how to return the vehicle. It's sat outside ready and waiting. I have bought outright the replacement vehicle in July when I handed in the required notice. I've received no letter saying I have missed a payment yet so have they even noticed? As I work in the complaint industry and know what a pain going to the ombudsman is I have avoided it yet I am now compiling the required details and evidence of contact to submit a case. This will take about 6 hours of my time but I am confident the case will go in my favour. Seeing as my job is handling ombudsman cases and I'm not even seeking a gesture of goodwill just for something that is part of my contract to be fulfilled.

"Wouldn't reccommend"
Definatly wouldn't reccommend anyone to get a car throught this company, 1st car i got came with numerous faults turns out after having it checked at a garage that the car was NOT fit for purpose therefore had to be returned so got a different car again also has numerous faults been to a main dealer garage and its going to cost hundreds to repair and if that doesn't "fix" the problem then the other repair is thousands of pounds, company sells faulty cars
