"GREAT COMPANY!"

I took a car out on finance with CFC. I have a bad credit history or a non existent credit as I'm only 20 years old so I applied everywhere and every company wanted a guarantor accept CFC! The APR is reasonable compared to my credit file and I've had no problems so far! Cannot comment on customer service as of yet as I have had no reason to call them. I must say I am not to impressed with the immobiliser in my car as it's obvious it has GPS inside it which is not quite appropriate. This is the reason I am voting 4 stars because I feel like they can find out where I am all the time if they wanted to.

Like a lot of others i got myself into bit of a mess with my credit score which left me in the dumps when it came to car finance. After a lot of hard work i finally found The Car Finance Company who approved my finance. Yes there was a few trips that i had to make to the dealer after i selected the car, however the process was smooth. Im Self employed which usually makes things even harder but i was able to supply them with everything they needed.

6 months down the line I'm still a happy customer. Due to being self employed money each week is up and down. On one occasion i had less than normal, Spoke to the car finance company who were more than happy to allow me to spread that months payment over 4 weeks.

Also discussed refinancing with the Car finance Company so will be looking into that in the next year. Yes the APR is a lot higher than other finance companies, however it is a great way to get a car on finance and also build up your credit score at the same time.

Some staff were rude with a could not care less attitude. Different person every time I contacted the main office who did not know who I was or my details. Long time to sort out the situation and my application, bearing in mind I have been a customer twice before. I doubt I would apply through
this company again for car finance
