"Fine until there's a problem"

The vehicle I got only lasted 16 months. I still have 20 months at £195 per month. The car finance company refused to respond to my email contact and when I called them to see if there was any way they could help me, the advisor was blunt and uncaring. This car in total is over 7 thousand pounds and for that I get just over a years use. Please try not to use this company. It's not worth the stress.

The guys at fowlers were great just a shame the guy from the finance company decided to proposition me . Using my personal details he text me as I was leaving the showroom to ask me if he could call at my home for coffee . Quite scary to say he knew everything about me .. all my personal details income etc .. not good

This is my second car purchased through the car finance company, on both occasion's the transaction was smooth quick. The staff are friendly helpful and make things easy and clear to understand.

"very crooked company"

Financed a car in Feb 2016 needed a reliable car as my job requires this i am a district nurse. My 6 month warrenty ended August 13th 2016, two weeks later my car broke down. When i got the car inspected i was told that i needed a new engine. There was corrosion to piston and exhaust and the spark plugs were heavily corroded not to mention the problems with engine itself. Contacted the car finance as considering i had car just 2 weeks over the warrenty ended and no car this was highly disturbing. Told them the problem very unhelpful mancalled Chris in the aftersales department, sent them a email fromgarage outling the problem as the mechanic was absolutely shocked that i had this car for only 6 months. I was laughed at by staff who thought my compliant was laughable. Spoke to a manager called kevin who explained that i needed pictures and sent them the faults on headed paper from the garagekwick fit who were the ones that identified the faults and got a specialist in to look over the car. It took them weeks to make the decision that they was not going to do anything and they were closing my case as they saying when i took the car the problems were not there. Incredible considering i am still paying monthly installments for a car i can use and the impact it has had on my job. Car finance do not use reputable dealers who service there cars and your lucky if youget the full 36months of your moneys worth out of the vehicle you get. The company is fraud ripping off people. Stay away people do not end up in the position that i am in!!!!!!

Not having the best credit history we weren't confidence of any help but they did! We had a choice of vehicle and could test drive whatever we wanted and there was no pressure whatsoever - yes it took a while but that's understandable as papers have to be sorted and we came away with a new car, 5 days insurance, 12 months nearly MOT and they even sorted the tax for us!
