Having been turned down by mainstream lenders, I was advised to contact the car finance company. Initially I was sceptical that anyone would approve my application, but was pleasantly surprised by how straight forward the application process and speed in getting approved. Being self employed, Jessica and Christine were fantastic in finding me suitable affordable finance and for within my budget. The only down side is their selection of dealers on their books is limited, especially for if you're looking to buy a van. They do however have a fantastic relationship with a dealership in Romford (Select motor sales) and I can't fault their service to me at all. Initially I was after a particularly van however it was sold but select motors soon reserved a very nice van for me and didn't ask for a deposit to reserve it! It isn't often you come across a dealer who works on trust, but select motors were fantastic! I can't thank both the staff at the car finance company and select motors for their fantastic service, I can now move my business into the next stage of expansion!
It's a great example of how businesses should be, keep up the good work!

Tryed to settle my account twice but was refused a reduction on my intrest by two vary rude and belittling office advisers. I was told that if i want to complane i can but it can take upto 8 weeks for a responce

We didn't get to the showroom until late but the staff were still very helpful, the car was a bit out of our price range for the finance we could get but fair play they dropped the price to match the finance.
Great people and a great service would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for car finance.

"Fantastic from start to now"

I have had finance with these for over a year now and have never had a problem with then.

Anytime I've called them, they've been helpful and informative in all regards. Even when I have had to shuffle about some payment dates there were no issues. I've never missed or been late with a payment, so I can't comment how they have been in that situation.

I've recently been offered more finance to get a newer car, and the rates are reasonable considering they specialise is people on the lower end of the credit scale.

The only draw back I would say is the fact they work through particular dealers. They offer the finance, then have to liase with a particular dealer depending on what car you've chosen. Now this isn't an issue in itself, but sometimes there seems to be a lack of, if not a delay in the information coming from and to the dealer. So, sometimes the dealers (or at least the ones I've dealt with) let them down on their behalf.
For example, I've recently been offered 10k to get a newer car on finance, but the dealer I have chosen to get a car from, isn't being that helpful and will now miss out on the sale (and in turn TCFC will miss out on the interest they would make from me!)

Apart from that I would recommended them. At times they get the reputation for being a 'rip off' finance company....but face it, people like us with poorer credit scores don't have many options for finance and we will pay higher interest fees. Its great that these guys can help alot of us out. Also, all of the payments and figures are presented upfront....if you don't think you can afford the future payments for the term of your agreement....don't take the finance!
