People who work there are very nice and friendly. I was buying my first car there and everything was great apart of all the cars details I was asking for. I had to make a decision by just looking at the car without any car history millage and stuff like this. Also choice is not so big not as many cars as I though. Very high APR as well at least for me :( But apart of that customer service was great. Very nice and friendly people.

Very quick and easy had my finance sorted and a car picked in the same week I have very poor credit so didn't expect to even get finance how wrong was I. From applying online to picking the car was a very smooth no hassle process would highly recommend anyone to use them

Kept refusing get then accepting. Also lack of communication between them and the dealership and even their own agents to the point that paperwork I had submitted got lost and had to be resent.

Great staff and quick to work with. However I don't like the idea of them having devices in my vehicle and my car was £9500 in the showroom yet I'm paying just over £20000 for it which is an absolute rip off but I was basically stranded without a car unless I agreed to the price.

My Account Number DH10001 Vauxhall Astra VE10ZKL i took control of this Vehicle 0n 29 October 2016 I drove it home and later that night I tried to drive it to work but it would not start.That night I contacted your Customer Service to alert them to my problem. They replied to say they will investigate. That was last Sunday 31 October. To date 6 November nothing has been donee I have phoned the car dealership in Paisley informing them about my problem but no one has got back to me. A whole week has passed I have no car and I am facing the worst night mare one can ever imagine. I am so disappointed with your Compaany Sad ex customer Ndabaningi Ndlovu.
