Just renewed my contract with these after being very happy with my first car. And yet again they were brilliant from start to finish, I dealt with someone called josh and he couldn't of been more helpful, he explained everything and made sure I understood everything. I could email him personally (which I did) with any questions and he got straight back to me. Thanks again josh! Love my new car 🚗 🚗

told one price per month to then told another price no finance paperword also deal maker said one first payment would not be due until January then to be told December registered complaint not heard anything back so I will let the FCA deal with it now

Although im happy with my second car i was really misinformed i was told i cld have it over 4 years so it makes my payments cheaper then when i go back to pick up the car everything had changed and could only have it over 3 years. Nice people at world of cars really tried to help me but then everything went wrong a few days later and i left feeling really confused about what had happened

This is my second car with The car finance company I would recommend them, the remote box is the only thing I did not like but as long as you pay on time its never a issue.

The application process was simple and stress-free. All figures were explained in detail and they made sure I understood everything. After care is also great - nothing is too much trouble, and they're only a phone call away!

The only downside for me is, I live in Kent and had to travel a long way up north as there's no branches down here.

Also, they have a policy where you can only renew after 2/3 have been paid off your account - I think this could be decided on an individual basis as I am well ahead with my payments, and really want to change my vehicle, but can't for some time yet. I've toyed with the idea of going elsewhere that advertises 'we pay off existing finance', but I'd rather wait it out and stay with CFC :)

"slightly stressful"

I have been a customer before so knew how it all worked. Mainly I have found the advisors to be helpful, however when you show interest and are yet to decide whether you want to continue, I did have rather a lot of phone calls asking me how I would like to proceed - which I found a little annoying. At one point I felt that they didn't do enough to keep me as a customer as was really unsure whether to sign up for an agreement or whether I wanted to cancel - they were going to let me cancel and could've done a little more to keep me as a customer. Everything was fine until......6 days after receiving the car - it wouldn't start! I told the advisor I hadn't had chance to buy breakdown and wasn't happy that I had to pay for a part. To which after some time on hold the advisor advised me to call my breakdown - which I explained earlier that I hadn't had chance to set this up yet. It felt at one point that they didn't care and could've done more. However on a whole I gave 4/5 stars as I felt more customer service skills are required. I thought the first time as a customer was much smoother than this time. All in all good but requires improvement.

I have been with The car finance company now for 7 Months and they have been amazing. I always look on Trustpilot before using any service or company and all I can say is that all the people that are complaining are probably the people that do not pay on time and have ruined all avenues with other companies to be able to get finance. From the first application, the staff were helpful and quick. Once I found a car in one of their showrooms within 1 day It was mine. We turned up and the showroom went for a test drive and then did the paperwork, I have to admit that the paperwork side is a little low ok I was there for a long time so this could be a little quicker though If I had looked after my finances a bit better then I would not have to use a specialist company. I guess that they need to make a few more checks so they don't get done over by the customer.

This company give people like me that have made mistake in the past a chance to have a new car and there finance is not bad. You get a code each month that you enter into a keypad and that's it. Simple you pay you can use the car. If you don't pay you to cant. The ball is in the customer court.

I had a problem with the machine not taking the code but within a few hours they had come out to me and fitted a new one.

I had a problem in Nov with my missing a payment. they extended the code for me as I was waiting for a payment from work. They did not argue, no threat that I could not use the car or that it will affect my credit file. Just honest easy to talk to people that just want to help.

All I can say is Well done. This company are true to their word and want to help people others can't. If you are not likely to pay the bill don't get the car.
