This is the second time I have used this company and the service is first class and I would recommend them to all.

Recently purchased a replacement vehicle with THe Car Finance Company and got great service. He application process was straight forward and picked up the car a few days after approval given and paperwork completed.
After care couldn't have been better as had a battery issue with the car a week after handover and was sorted straight away.

everything seemed to go well, i have poor credit and was delighted to be accepted for finance, went to the dealer who sorted everything out was told i had been approved for the finance. chose the car signed the credit agreement with the nice lady from the finance company. she checked all my id tenancy agreement from council ect. the next day i had numerous calls from the dealer saying i need to send more paperwork proof of address photo id the works...even had to get an email from my employer to prove i was in full time employment. i have had to get in touch with the council asking for council tax statements, also bank statements i have had to apply for. the dealer says he needs the car back as the finance company have refused to release the funds. this has left me out of pocket as i have taxed the car and arranged fully comprehensive insurance. i'm sure they are in breach of contract as all paperwork was signed by both party's, so i guess a trip to my local solicitor may be on the card's. all in all a rather annoying experience all round and would advise people to run for the hills before engaging with these people......

Emma Appleton if it was not for this person i would have walked away from the deal..she has gone beyond what is expected, by me and her employer i think.....i now have my car and all seems cool....lets see what happens......THANKS EMMA
