Renewed through trade centre wales did not receive a lower rate or the gift that was promised. With a change in my circumstances and needing a larger car contacted cfc by phone to see if there was anything that could be done to help me never received call backs contacted tcw who did try to help but i would have had to pay 2000 to change the car. So have to wait until i have paid half and give the car back. Can not fault tcw for their service but cfc need to remember without us you would be out of jobs. And me a gold star customer who has never missed one payment over 3yrs also do not understand why it dont show on my credit file that i have finance with them or that i had it with the last car. Improve the customer service and you would be a 5 star company.

If I had a good credit rating or any other choice in which to buy a car ...., I definitely wouldn't recommend car finance co. It's very disjointed , nobody takes responsibility for errors , I felt really stressed and it was a really unpleasant complicated experience .

"On the whole a great experience"

We did jave a few problems with this company. Mainly being told we were allowed to borrow a certain amount and then we were told we could only borrow a lot less. I was told that i would get call back within an hour, after 4 hours i had to call them back. When we met with the "dealmaker" to go over the paperwork there was an error with the pay due date and everything had to be re-signed. In total it took nearly 2 weeks to purchase a car

"Really Bad"

It's really bad. There are enough negative comments to alarm people and even though I appreciate the positive ones, I'm sorry to say is because nothing went wrong yet. If anything goes wrong do not rely on this people at all. They are not willing to follow the law, they do not honor the agreement they enter into and they ignore serious complaints. I' really hoping the regulator steps in as they can not continue to operate like this.

Staff (Micheal and Don ) brilliant people couldn't do enough to help. ... second car I have had ....no problems as of yet and this time I don't expect there to be as dealt mostly with Don and Michael. .... The other male staff fob you off and tell you what you want to hear these 2 don't they tell you straight. .....3 week later car needs to be repaired and the after sales just ain't interested in helping customers they just fob you off with warranty company rubbish. .. cars should not be pdi'd if they have problems. ... mine needs a ball joint drop link wheel bearing and rear brakes already. ...something ain't right or someone ain't doing there job right .... I am taking this further and maybe a lot more people should. ....
