"Spot on"

We purchased our car 3 months ago from a garage in Leeds we have had a really good experience with the cfc their were a couple issues with paper work but these were dealt with quickly the car itself is brilliant we got a good Px price for our old car. before we applied for finance I read some reviews of the company which worried us but I can rest assured if you supply everything requested you shouldn't have any issues.people moaning about Apr they charge this is clearly stated on your paperwork if it's that bad why sign the agreement? Overall 5 ***** they helped us when nobody else would thanks

"Poor service"

Was told had 14 days to return car if any faults day one reported fault with car said will book in to garage was told nothing wrong with it even tho makes Loud noise when turning clutch high and loss of lower messed me around for 6 week then said to late to return car for exchange and if I did would have to still pay 6 grand will never use again paying it off and would not recommend them to anyone only helpful when taking your money all other times don't want to know

"Not great"

Unfortunately my car was written off as a non-economical write off. through no fault of my own was the accident. I now have no car and am being left required to pay a near 600 pound shortfall before being able to purchase a new vehicle. I am left without transport and out of pocket. There is no way this can be tied into a new finance deal. I've had very poor customer service from all but one of your employees throughout this issue. Dissatisfied customer - have already made enquiries with other financers and they have been markedly better than what TCFC has. They've even said they may look to pay for my shortfall in order to get me on their side. They've even said they've had my best interests at heart. Something which TCFC do not. Not to mention the 49.8% APR rate. Will not be coming back

"Very poor service"

I got a car from world of cars only to find the car had be clocked so they let me keep the car for less then the price as the car was £5000 they brought it down to £4000 but as it stands I'm still waiting for the paper work with the different payment details. Every time I phone up they keep palming me off saying there waiting for the paper work to be sorted !! They really don't no what there doing !! Iv phone up about 10 times now !! I think I'm going to seek legal advice over this situation

When I first took out my finance I was harassed all the time as soon as I have had a problem with my car nobody wants to here from me ! No biggy just my cambelt snapped and power steering no car for 3 weeks have been on the phone to the car finance company every day only to be told wait a week for a colleague to be back from holiday only to call him and he's not the right person arhhhhhhhh have sent receipts to them quote from garage have only done 3000 miles in the car but as it's 8 months in to the car finance they won't help ! My poor partner had spend hours and hours trying to get someone to help I will now be forced to pay to see a solicitor to get this sorted on my behalf this has made me ill I can't afford to fix the car I can't a ford to buy a new car .

I have a device fitted to the car which ensures that I pay on time every month, which helps to build up my credit and stay out of debt. There are so many benefits to finance with the Car Finance Company.
