"Excellent despite small issue"

I am very happy with my finance package there was a small eelay in being able to.actually collect the car due to the finance company but once sorted everything was smooth I do recommend you give them a try

"Not very clear Process"

I gave up at the end. Even though everybody was polite their process not clear and it was not explained to me. Yes they tell you that you have to pay £200 if you don't go through their approved network but who are those dealers? They didn't tell me. Then after I chose a car they said yes fine then they started asking for more things like bank statements etc the car I chose was sold to another buyer so I just gave up at the end. Not sure how much longer would have taken. Felt like I was begging and sorry even with poor credit you still a customer and you pay a significant interest which is what keep them in business so you shouldn't be made to feel that way.

"6 hour wait for a 1 hour job."

I filled out all of my details with can can car finance. On arrival at the trade centre, I was told to meet luke there but no one knew a guy called luke. I then had to meet the sales manager who made me fill out all my information they already had. We then went to pick a car. Once we chose a car we were then told to wait inside and someone would be with us in 5 minutes... well that took an hour and a half as they forgot about us. Once the forms were filled out there we were then handed over to another office where we had to wait another hour and half to fill out more paperwork. Once that was done we then had to wait a further hour or so for someone to check over all the form that were filled out by other people. Once this was done we then had to go wait in yet another office for someone to sort out our tax. All in all I got there at 12 and left at 6. Not a good experience. Why can't each person be trained to do all of the above?
