They are like WONGA or BRIGHT HOUSE of the car industry, preying on vulnerable people with bad credit dangling car keys in front of them at astronomical apr, do yourself a favour and just save the money you would pay them per month and in less than half the time it would take you to pay them off you could buy the same car outright in cash... avoid.

I have never had a brilliant company who are completely understanding. This is the only company I could have due to my circumstances. Apart from the silly beeps the device gives when payments are due or behind, this company has some of the best employees. With changing jobs twice, i have fallen behind a few times. Each and every time I have contacted them. They have always understood my situations and ran through a couple of income and expenditure plans. They do NOT demand payment in full if you fall behind as long as you keep in touch with them. My latest plan has been put in place to pay off a small debt in installments and they even gave me the opportunity to pay weekly. Not only this but they also divided my monthly payments on top of the debt so instead of paying a massive lump sum, I'm paying a small amount each week until my debt is cleared. Yes, a weekly code, but hey, I am still out and about in my car for work.
Please please, if you fall behind, put your shame aside and ring them, they are very, very helpful and understanding. Even if you have enough defaulted on an arrangement to pay an existing plan, ring them. They are highly confidential and any information you give them is between you and collections. Be very honest with income and outgoings or you will find yourself defaulting again. Trust me, they CAN sort it out affordabily for your yourself. Don't fret at your disabled car, ring them, arrange a new plan, off you go. Remember, these people agreed to take you on and make you happy, don't fail them as they haven't failed you, they are more than just a finance company.

I brought a car from these jokers a year ago. I wished I hadn't. The car they sold me wasn't road worthy to start with it broke down within a month and they left me stranded in Skegness with kids. I took it to citron and they advised the brakes was beyond dangerous I had to have an oil leak fixed plus a load of other things done. I raised the complaint with this joke of a company but they didn't want to know. It took me the best part of 4 months to get this all done. I've still got issues with this car a year on and still I'm fighting to get the work done that was present at the time of purchase. When you ring them all their interested in is their money not yours all your families safety. Tcfc you are a disgrace and how dare you put your profits befor life's and people's welfare you disgust me and you should not be operating

"Awful Service"

I had a car with this finance company and they were just dire. Frequently codes wouldn't be sent and customer service is a downright joke. There was a problem with the car and complaints to them took a long time to get them to accept their legal liabilities with an item bought on finance. I wanted to renew but they made it so difficult that I ended up terminating with them. After this they sent me a default notice which I had to write to the ceo to get fixed. No wonder the FCA will only give them temporary licenses and not a full one.

Very good at getting you and your car all set up ready to go! Unfortunately I crashed my car and have been constantly contacting them to try to come to some sort of agreement. Each time I call I have to re explain the same situation, nobody knows the protocol on the situation and instead I'm recieving letter after letter saying an agent will come to my home.
I wrote an email explaining. A collections agent got in contact with me and instructed me on what to do but I'm yet to have a reply.
Brilliant if it all runs smoothly, horrendous if it doesnt!
