Stay well away from this company!!!!
They comit very serious crimes such as mental abuse and mentally torture their customers especially the vunerable ones. It is unreal how this company is still in business and the man who owns this company is still a free man.

"I FEEL CONNED FROM DAY ONE"

I FEEL CONNED FROM DAY ONE
I bought the the car in February which had not been serviced vendor had lied that it was serviced.. He was such a con man Collected £200 off me claiming to be administration fee...he told me parking sensors were working which never worked till today. At the end of April 2016, I had a breakdown 120miles from home. When I tried to get in touch with the car finance company they were nowhere to be found. Tried calling the garage were I got the car from several times only to find that the garage had closed down...I had no option but to pay for the breakdown.

The car finance company refunded me for the breakdown close to £500 as they could not get in touch with the car vendor. I was advised to get the car checked and found that car had a lot of severe problems. In December the car failed MOT which fair enough some of the problems where wear and tear but had had to pay for other repairs( payed £460 )which where supposed to be checked before selling the car... I was told seek advice from the financial ombudsman, which I did they got back to me asking me to email the receipts and other documents, that was last year in June/July I have not herd from them since sent numerous emails no response.

When purchase something it is of all fairness that you are happy, 2months after purchasing the car I have never been happy with all these problems, money is not way to get. All I can say iis be careful when dealing with TCFC

"an absolute joke."

an absolute joke.. the car I got was fine until the first MOT which it didnt pass.. the mechanic said the problems were major faults which had been visible for a long time so the car dealers must have known about them. had these fixed which cost over near £1500. so When I contacted the finance company to explain my payment would be late they immobilized my car until i paid. couldn't get to work and had to use the train which added 2 hours onto my working day.
next fault on car was the head gasket cost £1300
next fault I had to have the engine totally replaced cost over £2000
next fault radiator cost to replace £400 total cost £5200 on repairs.
was told today that the car would be repossessed if arrears were not paid
add it all up guys I will be paying for this heap twice over.
they do not answer emails
you are put on hold for 40+ mins ( credit on phone gone )
you are told your monthly payments will be increased to pay off arrears.
I think out of cutesy you should reduce the cost of the car for me due to the cost of the repairs not tell me it will be repossessed.
I would not recommend to anyone to use this company and I will be going to the ombudsmen.

"Disgusting company..had few money …"

Disgusting company..had few money troubles was put in payment plan,got finances a bit straighter and made full payments,was struggling with arrears ,car was faulty from start major electrical problem,between the finance company and the garage they blagged their way through the warranty period ,never fixed the problem,the most they did was wash it..took it for mot..now this is where it gets interesting,when i bought the car it came with full mot no adviseries,when i took it for its mot the examiner said and i quote.." same xmas tree lights as last time" the are scamming the mots ..also in first 3 months i reported problems multiple times and nothing done..when i told car finance this..i was told that it was out of warranty period but because they had done nothing about it..i would get an electrical diagnostic done to which they would pay half..i waited and waited ..NOTHING ..so i ring to be told there is no record of the conversation and basically i was lying,the absolute toad i spoke to couldnt of been more smug or condescending if he tried,basically tough get on with it,they then coded my car wrong twice leaving me stranded ,i habe spent a total over the past 4 months of over 5 hours on hold waiting to get through most of the time it just eats my minutes and battery on phone with no contact..surprise surprise..now they are threating to repo the car and inform the credit people that will affect my credit rating for 6 years..the same obnoxious guy also took alarming pleasure in telling me that as i was in arrears they have been hammering my credit rating by making sure i am reported every month for non payment,even tho i was in a repayment plan,i also recieved an anonymous call telling me that snivelling sh** like me should learn to more grateful and stop whining,could of been random i hear you say..i agree until the car was mentioned .There are some nice customer service agents here but most are rude bullying and wouldnt have the stones to speak to you in person the way they do over the phone,i am in the middle of contacting a solicitor ,as the car was faulty from the start,the finance company has deliberately deleted phone conversations that would prove that the member of staff offered to help me ,lied about sending correspondence(of all the letters and emails they have ever sent ..the one offering to help is the one that "conveniently they have no record of) ..The long and short of it is they know you are desperate otherwise you wouldnt use them,they take massive delight in absolutely ruining any hope of repairing your credit if you fall behind with payments ,NBODY forced me to use these but what scum they turned out to be even when expalining my car cut out going down a motorway with my children in it didnt push them into showing one iota of concern,be prepared for massive waits when calling staff "accidentally hanging up on you after waiting 45 mins to get through and all round nasty and bullying tactics under NO circumstances deal with an agent called ASHLEY COOPER complete scumbag and liar and they will give a generic reply to all reviews asking you to call them completely overlooking the part about costing so much to get through to them and wasting hours in unanswered calls

"Device removal"

Had my car for 3 years , all paid in November 2017, I’ve had absolutely no problems with the company , never missed a payment ,never had any trouble with device until I want it removing.....
I’ve just had to ring for the 3rd time to ask for the device to be removed after they immobilised my car twice in 2 months !
The guy I spoke to last week who gave me a code to get my car going again said I’m on priority for removal, still no correspondence .
I’ve just rang again, obviously very frustrated and it’s booked for next week for removal , but cannot give me a time . I work full time and need a time !
Can see this device not being removed anytime soon.
If I can’t get it removed soon , I will take it to local garage to be removed and bill the car finance company

"Very bad company i was with this …"

Very bad company i was with this company for 3 years previous and never had a problem paid my car off and never looked back then last year i bought a 2014 ford focus again through the car fiance company everything was going great then this year i had a few problems to which i agreed to pay £100 a week all was good till 16th october when a man turned up to repo my car as the car hadnt been paid for 7 weeks so i rang them and asked what was going on as the car was still running so never thought of checking my bank the woman on the phone was rude blaming my bank so i spoke to my bank who said theyd not even asked for the payments so i rang them back same woman then tried to blame me saying it was my fault that i must of stopped payments which i didnt i had no reason to also they never answered my emails they never rang me or contacted me not only have they screwed me over but also put the nail in the coffin by sending me a bill for £5, 600 and sent me a form for my doctor to fill out about my mental health there all a bunch of jokers!!!! Save your money and keep away from this company and before they say get in contact with them or their sorry to hear this dont bother because i will not be wasteing my money ringing you or my time instead you can contact my solicitor who are taking you to court the car fiance company had found out that there was a problem was on there computer system but still havent done anything sbout it its disgraceful!!!

"Good stuff!"

You know, its easy to be glib about great customer service. But, these guys (and girls) have always been great. I've been with them for 30 months now, and I've never had a problem. They call back when they say they will, and they make it dead simple to get in touch, and deal with them.

More than that, they always go the extra mile on the phone, and make sure that all of your questions have been answered, and that simple element of taking their time with you makes a world of difference.

"Been with the car finance company 2 years"

Been with the car finance company 2 years. Car, I've had no problems with never made a late payment .. when requesting codes always within 5 minutes afterwards had no problems with. Customer service is great. Apr is a bit high but people know what they are signing for before they purchase from them.
