I bought my car in jan 20016 was paying regular until middle of 2018 as i came out of work under mental health issues i spoke to the car finance company who was helpful by sending me a form for my doctor to fill out which might i add cost me £40 to have filled out
i sent this back to the company they still repossed my car with my belongins in the car as the vehicle was locked when it was towed away
i have spoken the arrogant people at the head office who now state hey there was nothing left in the car and want to pursue me for just over 4k which might i add is the interest
i told the member of staff i will deduct the cost of the final bill what was left in my car and was told dont work like like
total arrogant company dont give a dam about there customers now the company has change to

When I was sold the agreement initially over 2 years back the sales promised after 3 month I’d be able to get a lower interest rate ... after 3 month I call and get told 6 month again I call at 6 month then again told 9 month as you guess the same again fobbed off to say 12 month ..... when I call at 12 months they say no we don’t offer any lower rates ... they then stop taking customers on finance don’t no how they can have any debts etc when they robbing people on mega interest £230.18 a month for 3 years for borrowing 4199 total scammers like would defo never use theses again or should I say there new name GCC servicing

i had a vectra vvt sri off of this company at an initial cost of 4000, at the time i was in debt and they did help me getting a car, throughout they were understanding if i needed to extend for a couple of days. but because i had bad credit my apr was horrendous. i ended up paying near on £11000 for it and to me that's a rip off. not the worst company out there, but another reason for a 1 out of 5 is the fact i was sent a letter stating i am entitled for a lower apr to be told the offer had run out, although they posted the letter 3 days before i phonhed them.. they are just one big hoax of a company and i will stay well clear and advise anyone to follow suit.

Well after waiting all day again as Carleen promised to ring 10-11 for sort out this mistake of theirs again, no phone call. I am absolutely appalled at their customer services. I would seriously never recommend them to anyone.

As a customer of CFC up until yesterday I can only advise never to use this company.

Apart from the two trips i made to Stoke to get a vehicle that didnt exist... i was already down £40 of petrol and they'd pulled me from pillar to post...so i should have known....

Customer Service takes 40+ minutes to get through - and when you're sat on your drive waiting to go to work because your car has immobilized, its incredibly frustrating.
Ever month I pay - every month i have to CALL for a code.
The car was an absolute shed. Within 5 weeks the car needed a new coil pack, there was no coolant, a new battery was needed and the ABS system broke. Also the tyres were the original tyres from some 6 years before.
I've spend over £1000 on a car that i had to pay £172 a month for and it totally unsafe.
Ive wrote letters, made phone calls, sent emails and not even an apology - never mind a gesture of good will towards making the car road worthy!

No doubt they will just churn the vehicle out to a new customer - as they just recycle and pass on.

Ive just got a alot better deal, newer, safer, mot'd, serviced car with Moneybarn and you can choose your own dealer and my credit is still not great.

Avoid at all costs - they're scammers!

Also - the sales people will say ANYTHING to get you on board... i was promised a full tank of petrol for my inconvenience going to the showroom twice and alas - it didnt happen.

The interest rate is exceptionally high, however at the time of taking my car out on finance I was in a position where I really needed a car, and needed to rebuild my credit rating.
Three years later, I'm still paying off my car having never missed a payment and I have just been preapproved for a mortgage after a really poor credit history in my past.
I can't speak for the removal of my device as I haven't reached that point yet, however for what I needed this company for they have delivered. Thought I had better leave a good review to mix in with what seems like a lot of bad ones.

Considering I'm not an existing customer who should be
going through this stress, my car is deactivated and damaged
/not working due to 'poor' customer service for the
previous owner!! The previous owners account had nothing outstanding yet the device was active!! not been able to use my car since 30th June 2018 and now my complaint is being passed around their office!!

"Lying Scum Bags....Miss Selling Finance"

Having bought a car through these jokers everything was fine as i paid my payments early every month for 19 months then unfortunately the car got wrote off .....the insurance paid out but has left a balance of 1500 which i am happy to pay via keeping my payments going which they said is perfectly ok with them ....................Now i am recieving daily phone calls and now have been informed they have registered arears and defaults against me for the 1500 even though they agreed to me paying the monthly payments as normal .
They are rude and unhelpful and quite frankly i feel like ive been scammed as they advertise car finance to help your credit rating then when you pay they destroy your credit file .
