"Quick delivery "

After ordering a weatherbeeta comfitec plus heavy turnout I read the reviews and panicked about despatch and delivery but pleased to say I ordered at 1.45pm on the 3rd and this was delivered at 1.30pm on the 6th by parcelforce.

Boots split after less than 5 months. Getting a refund from this company is like getting blood from a stone.
They have no concept of customer service; nor their obligations as a supplier.

Ordered a pair of riding boots on the Tuesday - money was taken and a confirmation email was sent. On the Wednesday I got an automated email stating that my return for said boots was being processed. It was only when I contacted them, that I received a reply saying the boots were out of stock and my money would be returned. Money has still not been returned and now they are ignoring my emails - the worst customer service I have ever experienced
