Really great service from Blake, he sorted everything very efficiently, really friendly service and knew his stuff! Car was ready to collect in a few days. Garage has a great range of cars to choose from and lovely showroom

"The service from Blake was fantastic"

The service from Blake was fantastic, he was very knowledgable when bombarded with questions :) The car is in great condition & fully met our expectations, it was also ready for us at the pre arranged time & the transaction was very smooth & easy. Overall a great buying experience, pity a few more dealers didn't perform this well!

"Used car purchase"

I travelled from Leicester to purchase a used car I had seen online. The Research price was very reasonable compared to a similar vehicle at a different dealership. Matthew Blake was very helpful with his explanations of what was required. The showroom was clean and smart. Pleased with the vehicle.

"Blake and Dhillon went out of there way…"

Blake and Dhillon went out of there way to help,including coming in on a Sunday so that i could test drive a vehicle, I teat drove another vehicle elsewhere but I did choose a Fiat 500 due to quality and care shown to me at Research Nuneaton as always but no flowers this time :)

I’m very happy with my purchase, Blake was very helpful and informative and between a couple of the sales guys advice I managed to make my mind up as to which car I wanted. ( I was a little like a kid in a sweet shop🤣)

"Absolutely brilliant from start to…"

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish ! Kept up to date with everything, made me feel comfortable and went through everything with me , any questions they were there to help via calls/emails . I have panic disorder and anxiety but they made me feel so welcome . Definitely recommend to anyone. Lovely people that care about their customers. Special thanks to Andy for sharing tips and being patient with me . Thankyou so much for everything.

"Terrible aftersales"

Admittedly, I had a good experience when.purchasing the car, but that bit is always going to go well.

We test drove a 2021 Gulia that I fell in love with, however on test driving it had a very obvious gearbox fault where it thudded aggressively when downshifting in manual mode. Aside from this, no problems at all.
Obviously the sale was conditional to the fault being rectified, to which they agreed. Upon collection the fault was gone.

However, a week-ish later, the fault reappeared!
The dealer was an hour away and I felt like this was going to be one of those faults that would never go away and felt it was best to reject the car while we were able to exercise our short-term right to reject (which is 30 days), which is legally only allowed if there is a fault or the car is not fit for purpose.
We returned the car as advised by the finance company, however Research are refusing to accept that a fault exists, or ever existed. The sales person has lied to us also by saying that he believed that it was my driving that was the problem, which I was surprised at, as he was very nice when selling us the car and we spoke about the error at length, even confirming that he experienced it on test drive. He never once intimated that he thought it was my driving. However, now it seems to be a convenient excuse.

So, as it stands, they a refusing to refund us for the car. I understand that this is 'one of those things' where the fault is intermittent and it has to be present when trying to diagnose and rectify. But I'm not prepared to keep the car and go through that process for an unknown length of time, hence that I want to exercise my right to a short-term rejection.
But as it stands, they want me to live with the problem. I might even be willing to buy a different car from them, but I absolutely do not want to own a car with gremlins that are potentially never ever going to get rectified.

I will update this review depending on the outcome. If they do the right thing, I'll happily give them 5 stars.

"An all round excellent experience"

From my initial phone call to Amanda in the Service Department at the Nuneaton Fiat dealership to the handover of my motorhome having had the work completed, the service was first class. Having never used the dealership before, I was keen to establish what they thought the cause of the fault was and the likely options and costs before agreeing to getting the work done. They were very patient in explaining this and clearly knew what they were doing. The technician who repaired my vehicle was also happy to take the time to explain what had been done and to show me the fault. Thank you to Amanda Dux, Ian Rawson-Mackenzie and the technician for making this as painless as possible! I will certainly be back.

"I have been driving for 40 years and…"

I have been driving for 40 years and can't remember when I have received such Brilliant Customer Service from a car dealership. I had some teething problems with my car and it was booked in, fixed and ready for collection in 48 hrs from the first phone call to the call to come and collect, with a courtesy car to-boot.
