Excellent customer service. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get a response from them and and the speed with which my situation was resolved.

1. Great product. Dramatically simpler than comparable tools such as those from Adobe. Deep enough feature set to do complex projects.

I use Snagit, and have since it was introduced to the market. It's easy to use, and gives me professional results every time. Trust it. Most recently I used it for photo editing in my newspaper column this September, 2024.
