"Refund my Time!"
I ordered on a Thursday and was expecting delivery the next day so that I could pack over the weekend.
I called to confirm when the payment was made, then I called again the next day when I didn't receive the order.
Finally on Monday I called and apparently the payment hadn't gone through. Why was it confirmed in the first place? Why wasn't I notified that there was a problem?
The genius customer agent then had the nerve to ask what I wanted her to do?? Refund my time!

Wrong items delivered twice. Boxes aren’t strong and the tape is weak and doesn’t stick to the cardboard! I’ve had to go out and buy items elsewhere. In summary, really rubbish. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

My first order didn't arrive - when i emailed to ask when the packaging had been sent - they immediately sent me a replacement. The mattress covers are great for keeping them dust/dirt free during the move.

"Utterly Useless"
Every page on their mobile site says "order before 5pm for next day delivery"
I ordered on 15th and they did not even dispatch until 18th, which lost me a weekend of packing time.
When the delivery arrived, less than half the items were there. It took customer services 2 days to respond to my emails about this, and then they insisted they could do nothing until we spoke on the phone. This turned out to be another delaying tactic as they already had all the info they needed on their system.
By the time we spoke on the phone it had been 9 days since I first ordered. I was VERY clear with them that my house move was imminent and if they could not deliver by Monday latest they should be honest with me, and I would cancel the order and source boxes elsewhere. I was assured there was no problem getting the rest of the order with me by Monday. I heard nothing more until it was too late for me to shop elsewhere, then I got a dispatch email telling me to expect the boxes Tuesday. I am completely up the creek with getting packed ahead of my move, having lost nearly two weeks of time. I do not get the impression they make ANY effort to honour their next day delivery advert - it is just marketing fluff. By the time you realise, it's too late.

I ordered several plastic furniture coverings to protect from dust and renovation work. They arrived promptly but one had been used, a couple of holes and some stretching. I contacted Packingboxes and without any hassle my whole order was replaced! Hayley was quick to get on it and sort it out. A great company attitude and I will certainly recommend them.
