Product doet het niet, helpdesk is onmogelijk te bereiken. ik kreeg wekenn geleden te horen dat ze met 6weken reageren op mijn ticket. een schande.

En ik wil niet teveel zeggen, maar ik heb deze jokers betaald omdat onze overheid, de belastingdienst deze e-herkenning verplicht heeft gemaakt. alsof het niet gek genoeg is dat we moeten betalen om aangifte te doen, ons bestelen en straks weer een paar boetes aansmeren als we niet optijd zijn tuurlijk!!!!
Is er niemand anders die hier gewoon net als ik niet langer tegen kan? voel me in de kou gezet, en maar handje ophouden, laten betalen en geld wegpissen aan nietsnutten en borderline criminele bedrijven die zich in dit geval schuldig maken aan oplichting.

Meest waardeloze bedrijf wat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Ze begrijpen hun eigen product niet. Reageren dus ook niet meer op contactaanvragen. Volstrekte warhoofden. Moet ogenblikkelijk uit de lucht worden gehaald.

I would give 0 stars but it is not available. This app is so bad I don't even know where to begin from, so badly designed. I set up my profile and says it is complete, but authentication does not work when I try to access gov website. I waited in the Support chat queue then explained my problem. The guy in the chat asks me to try different things which don't work, I click on the link I am provided and I get disconnected from the chat! Basically I have tried 3 times to go back and each time I get disconnected, the chat does not stay open and I have to go back in the queue and restart Problem yet not solved. Appalling.

Thank goodness I found these reviews. I thought I must be very stupid. I moved to a new phone. Forgot all about this. Over a year later, I installed Digidentity on my new phone. Of course I needed to add my email address. No problem, I know the address and password. But then ... it wants ME to tell it the 6-digit authentication code. Where is this? Not SMS, not the app, not email, ... the usual idea with two-factor authentication on a smartphone is that the app tells YOU the authentication code. And the so-called help pages are all about how great this is, how easy to use etc etc. Has anyone ever tested this??

"Technisch en organisatorisch drama"

Klantenservice slecht (en momenteel zelfs niet) bereikbaar, technisch verkeerde instructies, inloggen lukt niet meer (advies Digidentity: andere telefoon kopen), bestelde diensten niet zichtbaar bij mijn account. Reactietijd debiteurenafdeling momenteel zes (!) weken. Helemaal klaar met dit 'bedrijf'.

Sinds een ruime maand probeer ik mijn opzegging bij digidentity te regelen. Slechte bereikbaarheid, vage informatieverstrekking en trage afhandeling maken dat ik iedereen digidentity van harte zou AFRADEN.
