The software is so badly written and needlessly complicated you'll just end up getting the manual DVLA form anyway ... save yourself the headache and just do that to start with.

Uploads kept getting rejected despite using various documents. Finally they said that it's because the documents all have the first name and last name on the same line and the system isn't configured to recognise that. 2021 and the most ridiculous system ever.

Tried to use it to sign house deeds digitally. Have photocard driving licence but it wouldn't recognise my mobile phone contract. Had the same contract with Virgin for at least 10 years!
