"Good app but room for improvement"

The app is excellent, and they offer an accessible way to get a digital signature. What’s missing is a certified timestamp when signing documents in their web portal. My signed form was not accepted by a government because of the lack of a certified timestamp. To get a proper digital signature you need an additional purchase of adobe sign for small business (the consumer version of adobe does not support cloud signing), or get a free trial. When I got this my document was finally accepted by the other party. The customer support of Digidentity did not seem to be aware of this issue, and I could not find documentation on their website about the adobe implementation either, so I had to figure it all out myself. I will still give 4 stars because it’s all working smoothly now but there is also room for improvement, especially in communication. I recommend to revamp and expand the help pages Digidentity!

Pas op voor dit bedrijf. Aangetekende brieven sturen zij terug zonder te openen. Zo wordt opzeggen onnodig moeilijk gemaakt. Dat dit bedrijf e-herkenning levert en dus vertrouwelijk zou moeten zijn is moeilijk te geloven.

This is the worst app i have ever downloaded. Send me a verifcation code - which i then copied and pasted onto the app - and was told it was the wrong code?!?! how is that even possible? all this app will give you is frustration

Zeer, zeer slecht bedrijf. 90 pogingen gedaan waarbij meestal het uploaden niet werkt, zelfs op hun aanraden een nieuwe telefoon gekocht!

De helpdesk bestaat uit een bandje dat zegt dat het te druk is en daarna de verbinding verbreekt.

Ze hebben een algoritme dat mijn handtekening als vals ziet bij het vergelijken met mijn rijbewijs of paspoort. Een foto toont echter aan dat deze exact hetzelfde is.

Niks werkt met hen. Bellen/mailen/hun eigen app....

Je krijgt niemand goed te pakken het is uitstel en afschuiven. Ketenmachtigingen maken is een daadwerkelijke hel. Daarnaast is het ook niet normaal dat je ze amper te pakken krijgt.... Afgelopen maand meer dan 20 uur met die apen bezig geweest en nog werkt het niet! HOE DAN!?

I dont know if to use it either they dont tell you what you are consenting too entirely its like face reconition all over it.but i need it to do it regardles at the end it work out ok so its really entirely your choice the customer services was awsome.

I have spent over 2 hours with this awful company. I downloaded the app and holy mother of god, how many times do they need to send you an authentication code? NUMEROUS. Why? As the other person said, by the time you’ve received it, it’s timed out. Agggghhh! You may as well ask a 5 year old to do this as this is the level of service you get here. You go round and round and round in circles. I have DELETED this app.

Do yourself a favour and take your papers to the post office for authentication.
