we have dealt with Frama for a very long lime, but over the past 2 years they have been diabolic in all aspects of their service and take no responsibility for anything, that is if they ever call you back or answer emails. That goes from the top of the ladder to the bottom. Worst sales, management and customer service I have ever experienced. The reasons are below :-
Mis old product in the first place
Went back on what the sales person said.
Overcharge
Management never sorted any issues they said they would
Ring and nobody would call back
Email and no one would email back
Etc Etc.
Thank god we have now got out of the contract!!!!!

"Worst Company we have ever used."
Signed up to a contract for a franking machine with this company 3 years back. They sign you up then ignore you, the service and customer support is the worst and I'm amazed they are still in business. We now use PPI via the Royal Mail, and save £1000's. It has taken months to close the contract and still we are awaiting refund of postage money thats in our account. Emails are not responded to and the staff are useless. If you need a company to help with postage... do NOT use these guys.
