Dealt with Mike Roberts of Frama over a few years. We have gone from having one or two users of RMAIL and RSIGN to having all staff across our business. The product is easy to use and achieves everything we need from it. The service from Mike, from start to finish, including a one hour bespoke training session for all of our staff was first class. Would certainly recommend.

Superb Service. Just got a new computer pinged an email. Received a reply instantly despite it being early evening. Zoom meeting next morning - reinstalled and up and running in minutes. Quick tutorial and talked through some of the changes. Recommended.

"Fantastic solution and service"

I’ve recently signed up with FRAMA and I’m really impressed. The service from Mike has been top-notch. Mike is always on hand to help and also set everything up for me via Zoom, which was incredibly helpful.

I think the RMail solution is second to none. It’s brilliant that everything sits within your email account, so you just click a button to encrypt your email or to arrange e-signatures. I’m dealing with a lot of confidential information, so from a GDPR/compliance perspective – for every email, I’m always sent a proof of receipt confirming the encryption, which I keep for my records.

Another big tick for me is that none of my emails and content are kept in the ‘Cloud’. From the research I've done, this seems to be standard with other solution providers, which has always made me wary. E-signatures are kept in the Cloud for 14 days (possibly to allow time for all signatures) – but the info is then removed, so I’m happy with that.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending FRAMA to anyone. It’s a fantastic product, a super easy solution to use and the customer service is excellent. 😊

The thing that has really impressed me about Frama is the way they take a product and make it so much better with clever customisations and value-adding features. Great service and an ethical company that can be trusted. Highly recommended.
