"Rmail has been excellent so far."

We've signed up to a year of RMail from Frama. So far it's been great and the customer service from Mike and the tech guys has been great.

We spent a lot of time trying to decide the best way to make sure our emails to clients were secure when containing their personal data. We send lots of payroll documents, tax returns, etc to clients each week and it was taking a lot of time to password protect the PDFs before sending them or print them for posting.

Since getting RMail we've found we're saving time not having to password protect everything and our clients prefer being able to open documents straight away without entering a password.

We've only had one client so far who's email account didn't work with it and it then required him to enter a password to unlock our email. Other than that it's been plain sailing and it's nice to know we're doing all we can to comply with data protection laws.

The Esign feature is handy too. Clients can approve their tax return or terms of engagement using this which means we can get the data to them quicker and we save on printing and postage costs. There's a lot of other options out there but most of them tend to involve online portals and our clients just don't like them. This is a great alternative which is quick and easy for clients to use.

Aysgarth Chartered Accountants have bought Rmail from Frama. Mike Roberts clearly explained what the product does. His online demo then showed this and the sign-up was simple.

The product works very well - GDPR compliant emails can now be sent straight from Outlook at a reasonable monthly cost.
