As a manager within in a Community NHS Trust, I would recommend Frama, Given that the Trust faced having to effect an very urgent replacement of Franking machines, both the General Manager in setting up an initial service review meeting and the Business Development Manager in rapidly expediting the delivery of 4 new machines in some of our regional offices and commissioning them went far beyond expectations. This was also achieved during and just after the Christmas period a fact which makes the responsiveness of Frama staff all the more impressive.

Frama UK have been our provider of franking machines since 2010. We recently upgraded our franking and other equipment with them with Tony O‘Connor acting for Frama.

Because the franking equipment business is very competitive it meant that the negotiations were reasonably long and drawn out but I must say that Tony was a model of professionalism throughout the process. His response times to queries and order revisions and developments was excellent.

Once the deal was done the ordered equipment arrived on time ready for the Frama engineer to install (he was also on time) and brief us in detail about the new equipment's features.

All in all a very positive experience with Frama UK.
