We have just started using Frama RMail and are nothing less than impressed.
Mike is really friendly, helpful and professional. He has a lot of time for his clients and nothing is too much trouble.
He gave us a very thorough demonstration of the product via Zoom to give us a feel for its capabilities and make sure it was right for us.
Once we had signed up, he walked us through the set-up procedure via Zoom and took the time to make sure we were happy in using r-mail for encryption, sending large files and e-signing documents.
The whole process has been smooth and easy to do, and we are looking forward to using Frama RMail and working with Mike going forwards.

Just started using the product and first impressions are very good. Mike helped us through the initial set up and gave us some initial training which was very straightforward and intuitive. The product suited our requirements very well and even in a short space of time we have benefited from the speed in which clients are returning signed documents. We have been using RMail for just over a year now and we have found this to be an invaluable tool as part of GDPR compliance measures. The product works seamlessly unlike other products we had tried. Just as importantly Frama UK have been excellent to deal with. Our main dealing has been with Mike Roberts who is a really nice guy and always deals with any question extremely promptly.
