As part of my research into how a small accounting firm can deliver a digital & paperless service to SME's there is the issue of practical document encryption and digital signature software that is cost effective.

I recall a meeting of my Rotherham Branch of the IFA in 2018 and a demo of RMail by Mike Roberts. It was a well delivered and an excellent presentation but what stuck with me was the real-time example and how easily this could be implemented as a practical solution.

Having subsequently contacted Mike, I am pleased to say that we have a solution that will meet my requirements and meets the ever increasing burden of regulation & compliance and is above all very easy to use and is cost effective.

I am extremely cautious when it comes to choosing strategic partners let alone recommending their services, but in this instance I have to give credit where credit is due.
