Absolutely terrible
Parcels hasn’t arrived and they ignore all emails , phone calls and messages

Took 3 weeks for order to arrive even thou I had a delivery day within days of my orders. Constantly tried ringing and emailing no response what so ever. Relieved when order did evened arrive

Ordered pack of 4 mixers, only 3 arrived and despite contacting them no response

First time I have shopped with web pets and I won't use it again. I waited 3 weeks, and my parcel still hadn't arrived, so I sent an email to enquire. They didn't send a reply, but a couple of days later I got a refund, which was good , but I wonder if I hadn't got in touch, what would have happened.

Order was cancelled after 5 days of waiting. No explanation, just an email confirming order had been cancelled. Poor customer service
