I had an issue with the battery pack. The customer service was phenomenal! They answered my email lightning fast and shipped out a replacement with no muss, no fuss. Really, this kind of service and backing of their products makes me even more confident in this company.

Sadly my new Solawave head broke on the third use. I previously registered the wand & contacted customer service. Customer service was efficient and prompt with a replacement. I am highly impressed with this brand especially, sending a new wand. This company cares about their customers as exampled in my case. Highly recommend! The prices may be high but the quality of service I received makes me want to spend money towards Solawave

I had bought back in November the Eye Pro Recovery Mask buy one. Get one free. I had only used it twice as it was bothering my eyes. I called them And left a message. When they return my call they told me to go ahead and send them back and I got a full refund! I don't know of any company that would let me return it after having it for so long and give me a full refund.

I am so pleased with Solawave. I'm not just talking about my facemask but the entire experience. When I ran into delivery problems with my device, I was in touch with customer service and dealt with an actual human. Then, when I got my device, I used it right way and after nearly 2 months of use, I have to say, I'm quite impressed with the results. "Social media made me do it" and I'm glad I was influenced! I'm writing this specifically to praise the customer service of Solawave. I ordered during Xmas and my parcel arrived later than expected, so I had already left for holidays and couldn't gift it to my mum as planned. Besides, the postman left my parcel outside the door and it got stolen. I reached out to Solawave in case they could help with my complaint to the local post. They were responsive throughout and they offered to send a replacement, which was such an amazing gesture. Super pleased with the support, sadly it's not a given these days.

"I purchased a red light therapy wand…"

I purchased a red light therapy wand almost a year ago & for the most part it worked well & it seemed to have a positive effect--lines not as deep; more color; even skin texture/tone. Occasionally it would stop working & I'd get it going again, but then it just stopped working completely (only red light, but no vibration). I contacted the company and they are sending me a replacement wand. I am very satisfied with my interaction with the company--they are clearly very reputable & I would definitely recommend them.
