"This is a scam"

This is a scam. I paid £90 for 2 sleeping bags that never arrived. I did not receive a response to my emails and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Have reported it as a scam website. Ripping off families over kids sleeping bags. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a cosy napper sleeping bag, it is really very nice but not suitable as I thought for my Granddaughter who is autistic. I want to return it for a refund but can't get a reply from them

This company deserves zero stars, they purport to sell products for children but they never arrive. I've emailed twice, but no response. At this time of year especially, people can't afford to spend hard earned cash for gifts from cowboy companies like this. Thieves!!!

OMG I just read these all horribal reviews. They stealing money from people!!!! Did somebody reported them to the police??? If they take money but people get nothing they need take responce. Im one of them tho. So dissapointed

Wish I had seen these reviews before hand because I have ordered 1 cosy napper Novemeber 2023 with next day delivery and nothing. I have received confirmation of purchase but nothing else. The number doesn't work and they haven't responded to my email.

I placed an order at the beginning of November as next day delivery and still nothing. Phone line rings dead, no reply to emails. Very disappointed and now trying to get my money back via the bank. My experience seems to be like many others- definitely a company to avoid.
