Company really great i had an issue with my parcel it got lost but once i got threw to them they was really good in getting it sorted for me the quality of the sleeping bags are great lovelt and soft and colours are really bold my boys love them

"Got replaced after 5 months of communication"

I had got in contact for a faulty napper and it took 5 months to get a response! It was replaced in the end after several calls and emails, however the size was not available so had to go for the bigger size and cost another £10. Got there in the end but needs better communication

The product wasn't as high quality as the Happy Napper brand, at the same price. The zip was broken too.
I've contacted the company about the fault twice, but haven't heard back after almost a week.
