Ordered this before reading reviews so was quite worried about quality. It arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised. Bought it for granddaughter's 3rd birthday so size is fine. Very pleased.

So I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt like after reading some of these awful reviews that I should. I ordered 2 cosy nappers for my kids. Within 2 days my items were here and they are great! Communication from the company was great throughout, they arrived on time and they are great quality for a novelty, child’s sleeping bag! I ordered large sleeping bags as I had previously heard the medium ones were small. If you do your research a lot of these negative reviews could be avoided!

"Untrustworthy scammers"

Untrustworthy scammers. Terrible service and still waiting for a refund following a Christmas order of a faulty item. They claim not to have received the return even though I have the signed recorded delivery receipt. Do not trust them. Absolutely shocking.

Have not received my order have not had any responses back from them when I contact. There is no phone number to even ring then! Really bad happy to take the money but don’t deliver and not refunded either

Awful sent item back in January still awaiting refund,I am now gonna take them to small claim dept and report them to trading standards,please do not order from them.

"Absolutely awful in every way"

Absolutely awful in every way! Items delivered are absolutely appalling quality, nothing like a proper happy napper and half the size. Made from poor quality material and isn't big enough for anyone to actually use comfortably. I received delivery, didn't like what I saw so tried to send back. Took me 2 days to get a reply and they stated I had to pay to return them!! £10 to send recorded and tracked as I didn't trust the rats the other end! Then took a further 5 emails and a week and a half to get a refund. Please buy proper happy nappers and avoid this hell ride!

for anyone who thinks you can't get your money back you can contact your bank and they can reverse the charges after 15 days. today I final got a refund of cosy nappers them self after threatening to take legal advice.

Bought a cosy napper. No receipt was sent. Arrived within a few days but when we opened it the popper broke after 3 minutes. We didn't even get it fully out of the plastic bag! Have tried repeatedly to contact customer services and heard nothing.

These are counterfeit. Scam website with fake reviews. Poor quality products. No safety labels. Terrible returns policy. 14 days from dispatch. I stupidly didn't check and didn't open the parcel for two weeks as I hid it away ready for a birthday. Very disappointed. Adult size doesn't fit adult. I don't want these in my house. Little chance of getting the money back so want to stop others making the same mistake.

"Needs more stuffing"

The sleeping bag was a lot thinner than I expected but the quality of stitching etc was ok. I just found compared to my other daughters Happy Napper, there was hardly any stuffing in the pillow part, It was really flat! I don’t think it was worth the price but from the look of the other reviews I didn’t even go there with attempting a refund. I wish I’d just bought another Happy Napper as the quality is a lot different.
