"Really disappointed"

Really disappointed, the cosy napper was bought as a present for my son, unfortunately the sleep bag is quite small so my 5yr old needs a bigger size, due to delivery delays from cosy sleepers we was unable to exchange our presents before Christmas, i contacted cosy sleepers as soon as i could, they wont offer a return and exchange for a bigger size because it is 14 days over the exchange period... Its Christmas and most places offer an extended period. Really disappointed we have an item that cannot be used.

Don’t even think about buying a product from Cozynappers. The ‘bags’ are not fit for purpose.
No warmth at all. Only suitable for napping by TV. Shoddy. The stitching is falling apart after one use. My Granddaughter had a wee accident in it first time as she was so cold. Guess what? It cannot be washed. No washing instructions in bag. The pillow cannot be detached. Customer service did not answer question about washing. The only way you can contact them is on a contact form or email. When I read the reviews on here I went into panic as the reviews on their website are 5/5. I asked about a refund but it was ‘on yer bike’

"Terrible service"

Terrible service, item come already used with yellow stain. The package was opened after holiday periods, and was few day passed return policy.
Email customers service, and got reply two day after. Ask if I can send them photos which I did, then took them another two to reply! Last email received from them " unfortunately we can't except the return.
Should you buy from them?

Only reason I gave it 2* and not 1* is because I eventually got my money back. I bought a kids sleeping bag that was too small and also faulty, I emailed them and they gave me instructions to send back with my order details in the package. I sent my parcel via recorded delivery and thankfully you can track it online. My parcel was signed for by the company and you could even view the signature, time and date of it online. Anyone reading this, please send your parcels back recorded so you have proof that they received it. They ignored a lot of my emails but eventually got my refund about month after purchase. Probably best to avoid this company

I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing a cosy napper from this website. I purchased a Pink cat sleeping bag and it's too small for my 4 year old granddaughter, despite being described as suitable for 3-6year olds. The refund policy for this website clearly states that if not satisfied with the product it can be returned for a full refund, providing certain conditions are met.
However, despite filling in the contact form, twice and emailing this company, I have received no response.
I have now reported this issue to Trading Standards.
This company is probably fake and buyers should beware.

Really bad and awful copy of a genuine happy napper. I've sended few emails and finally it has been agreed that I will return it back as I wasn't happy. However, 4 weeks in and still no refund, emails not answered anymore... So so disappointed, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Awful product. All items are copies of Happy Napper products. Main differences are Happy Nappers quality is far superior. These are honestly just awful, material is very thin, even the thread used snaps very easily and a school kid could saw better. On receipt me item had holes all over the place. Just an awful quality copy.

EDIT - That's the second cosy napper sleeping bag now popped at the seams and zip has come away from the material. Honestly our kids have had these for a week and used them twice. Shocking standards.

No responses at all from the company regarding refunds, returns etc...very dodgy

"Very thin no returns"

In fairness the napper was identical to the photo however it is the thickness of little more than a sheet and the padding in the pillow is flat . I wanted to return but there is no way of doing this without emailing first and I have got no response Unable to leave a review on the site so am guessing they are all fake . Read the returns policy and know if you buy you are stuck with it .

I think this is a scam site. It looks like there are reviews on the websit but you cant add them on site. The customer support email goes nowhere and i dont have a Christmas present for my niece. My guess is these are drop shipped from China and have no real base in the UK. Go to Argos or another reputable retailer instead!
