I ordered 5COSY NAPPERS not suitable so as stated in return policy asked for a refund sent multiple email no reply no contact number terrible customer service definitely would not use again I have ask a legal team to follow up.

2 of the 4 I ordered. No response back as to where the other 2 are and how I get a refund for them. I would like to send the 2 I have back but can’t get a repose from anyone.

Cheap knock off of a happy napper. Came in a clear vacuum packed bag for 39.99 you can get the same cheap knock off on eBay for 23.

Request a refund, if no response I will be asking for a charge back.

Awful and potentially dangerous copy of a "Happy Napper". Bought the "large" in pink for £39.99. It is nearly half the size of the large Happy Napper and not even sure how a 4 year old would safely fit in it let alone 7+. The top seems restrictive and dangerous. Avoid.
