"Dubious about ordering with the bad…"

Dubious about ordering with the bad reviews and the fact next day delivery was free and the emails to contact don't work
However I received it next day tracked as stated and its over all not bad quality. Alot thinner than a happy napper but over all not bad.

"Cute kids sleeping bags"

I ordered 3 different sleeping bags for xmas as presents. It said fast delivery but when there was no word after a few days i emailed the company. Waiting on a reply, i googled the company, saw the trust pilot reviews and my heart sank, i thought id wasted 170 euros.
I got an email back however to apologise for the delay and my items shipped next day.
I only got a chance to open one tonight and im happy with it. Its not a great outdoors grade sleeping bag, no but for what it is, a kiddies sleeping bag, its sturdy enough and my girls are going to love them. Theyre soft too with plenty of stuffing in the pillow part. I can only speak from my own experience and say im delighted with what i got. Based in Dublin, Ireland

This is the 2nd year I have ordered from them - then I read the reviews when I didn't get a confirmation Email, I was thinking the worst about the company, until 8 days later the the cosy napper arrived and was BEAUTIFUL ❤️ well made and just want I wanted for my granddaughter. Last year's was the same for my grandson. The company are not good at communicating at all - and I can only speak for my 2 orders. Not had to return anything thank goodness

"Do not use the site"

Do not use the site. I was sent my cosynapper after paying £40 , it is the worst quality I have ever seen. Rips in the seams,no stuffing in the pillow, no tags on which set alarm bells straight away,even the packaging was just a plastic bag. I took photos and sent them asking for a refund. After being asked if the product was used I told them I had certainly not used it. Now I am told that to get a refund I must pay for it to be sent back but without tags I will not get a refund😡😡 this is totally unacceptable. Cosynappers should be ashamed taking money from people for kids products. They are a scam and are trying to copy happynappers( I didn’t know this at the time) so DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Always read the reviews, I didn't unfortunately. Quality appalling for the cost of the item. Delivery not fast took weeks after several emails complaining. I asked for them to be delivered to my daughters address as I would not be home BUT they could not even get that right.

"8 weeks after returning and still no refund"

I bought a cosy napper bag for my 4 year old, but the 3-6 year old size was too small. The company said to return it, they would refund and then to buy the larger size. I returned it a week after I had bought it with my order number and reason for the return as per their instructions. This was returned by Royal Mail, and I have all the tracking info, but 8 weeks later I am still to receive a refund. The company have now stopped replying to emails. This company is a scam, avoid, avoid.

Scam indeed. Product description is inaccurate. I have tried to exchange a small bag which does not fit my 4.5 y o to a bigger one. Automated customer service, no concrete reply, breach of the consumer rights as well as legal requirements concerning labelling and safety instruction (product arrived with no labels). Do not buy!

"Avoid at all cost"

Avoid at all cost, the products are of poor quality and customer service support is shocking, we received 2 items both of which were poor quality so emailed asking to return them, the returns address is different to the one on the website, I've sent the items with order number etc enclosed this was over 2 weeks ago, the company have signed for them and still no refund I've sent proof of tracking etc which shows it was delivered to them and now they won't respond, anyone else who has trouble getting a refund pop into your bank and get them to investigate it if you paid by card they should be able to help you get your money back, i just wish I'd looked on trustpilot first

SCAM… I thought I was buying the original ones these are fake and not the real happy nappers, poor quality. I emailed to get a refund and no luck. One of them the colour has transferred onto the white. Very disappointed if I could zero stars I would. Customer service is shocking no reply.
