"Do not order from this company"

Do not order from this company. I have spent £80 and not received my order. Neither the company nor Amazon will respond to me. Worst customer service. Avoid at all costs

I stupidly ordered before reading all the bad reviews and then I came on here and read them and got seriously worried if it was actually going to turn up. I received it today and it’s exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition. Very happy.

"BEWARE DO NOT BUY"

BEWARE DO NOT BUY! Thought these where the genuine ones my children have seen on TV but they are 1000% fake! Worst thing is they are selling on Amazon for half the price and guess what we ordered ours from the website and received it by Amazon prime a few days later. Nothing but a dishonest seller DROPHIPPING from Amazon Prime. Off to my bank I go.

"I Feel Conned"

I ordered two cosy nappers - one was ok but the other had definitely been pre-used and pre-washed, arriving in an already opened bag. I informed them immediately, sent photograph and despite several emails they still haven't offered to replace or refund. Their customer service is appalling and I now realise, too late, that cosy nappers is a rip-off of the genuine happy nappers. Buyers BEWARE. Do NOT use this company. If only I had seen Trustpilot before I ordered. They are not even worth the one star I had to give, to write this review.

"Delivery not guaranteed."

Guaranteed delivery on 22nd June was the promise. After emailing, was told it would be despatched when they had it. Still waiting. Emails are now being ignored. Only update was a tracking number from amazon (and I didn't order it from there)which details have not changed in 3 days. Wish I had looked at reviews here before buying.

I have been emailing this company as I still not had my delivery!! I placed my order on the 3rd May with it saying next day delivery but still not received it or had a email back off them..

"Extremely disappointed"

I purchased two children’s sleeping bags in good faith on Monday, with the impression promised the next day delivery. Day 2 at staying at home and no parcel. Not ideal staying in with two young children board!!! I received emails saying items had been Dispatched. Then received an email in spam stating the products were unavailable. Today is now Thursday!!! No items and I go on holiday tomorrow. Very disappointed with this service. I now am going to struggle to find a solution in time. I have confirmation the company has cancelled my order & apparently refunded me! This is not the case.

I would give this 0 if I could! I paid for my product 3 weeks ago and still have no product or money back. Dpd said the order has been returned to the company!! The website said 3-7 days for postage so I went ahead with the purchase knowing it would arrive on time for my little girls birthday. Now she has had no gift and no refund to enable me to buy another. They have had zero update for me and I’m just genuinely just so upset about the whole thing. AVOID AVOID AVOID

"Disappointing product"

The item had no product label to suggest it is cozy nappers. The product looked somewhat different from the online picture (fabric and feel) which was disappointing. There was a black ink stain on one of the ears of the white unicorn cozy napper. Bought during a promotional sale (half-price) which seems to go on forever. Probably worth a lot less than its sale price given the questionable quality of the product.
