"An absolute joke of a “company”…"

An absolute joke of a “company” assuming they even exist!!! Ordered a sleeping bag and received a shipping notification but nothing ever arrived. Emailed and heard nothing from them. Currently trying to get my money back via my bank. If this review let me give 0 stars I would have but unfortunately I had to give a 1….

"Item not delivered but money taken"

Ordered end of November, has not arrived, no response to emails and phone just goes to voicemail. Terrible that someone can do this as a scam. Daughter will be upset and now we are out of pocket. Will report and try and get money back from credit card. Please do not buy from this company.

Ordered on the 27th November 2023 and still not arrived. Sent numerous emails and tried their phone number but it goes straight to voicemail.

Ordered weeks ago. Had nothing! Can’t ring through. And zero replies to emails. Spent £90 for two for Christmas.

"Avoid this company"

Ordered on November 27th for my daughters birthday next week. No dispatch 10 days later. No response to emails or web form, telephone number doesn't exist. I suspect it is a scam, they have taken my money though. DO NOT USE
