"Delivery and communication issues are unacceptable."

I ordered a cosynapper on 23 November by "Next day delivery - tracked" When nothing appeared, I contacted the company to be told there was a stock problem but more was coming and I would get the delivery between 7 and 11 December.
I emailed on 6 December for confirmation things were still on track - no reply.
Starting on 11 December, I tried phoning the numbers given. A recorded message always said no-one was available. I filled in the seller's online form - no response despite stated 24-hour response policy. I also emailed, getting no reply. Eventually on 15 December I got an email to say the shipment was held up, but offering a substitute product that would be dispatched for next day delivery. I accepted, and got a message to say I would be refunded £5. Later on 15 December, I got a message to say my order had shipped and was on its way. Nothing appeared on 16, 17, or 18 December and the tracking link indicated there was no information about my parcel. I tried to email the company that day using the correct email address, as before, and got "undeliverable" messages. Eventually, the shipping link went live to say the parcel had been picked up from the supplier at 1620 on 18 December. [NOT shipped on 15 December, as notified] It was eventually delivered on the afternoon of 20 December, too late to be included in the box of Christmas gifts couriered to my family 400 miles away. I had to incur the cost of an expensive express delivery service to dispatch it in time to arrive for Christmas.

We sent it onwards in a rush, with no time to unpack and examine it, so I cannot testify to the quality of the product.

"Non existent customer service"

Cosynapper arrived and was stored for a month as for a Christmas gift. Upon opening one of the Poppers was not attached to the material and a hole in the place. Nobody answers the phone, 4 days later I recieved a reply to my email requesting more photos. I replied straight away. 2 weeks later and I am still awaiting any subsequent reply. This is a Christmas present for my daughter and I am very disappointed and not wanted to pay out another £50 to fulfill her Christmas wish of having one!

"SCAM !!!!!!! Don’t order anything"

SCAM !!!!!!!! I ordered a napper on 15th November.I had no confirmation email.I have still not received the item.I’ve messaged them through their website and also sent an email and the phone line was not accepting calls.This morning I have been on the website and they have changed their phone number address and also their email .I have emailed them again.I will be contacting my bank and also Trading Standards.
UPDATE….My bank deposited the amount spent at Cosy Nappers into my account( Halifax) and said they would be contacting Cosy Nappers for an explanation.
Then I recieved an email from Cosy Nappers saying the chosen product was unavailable and they were going to issue me with a substitute . I replied saying I didn’t want a substitute just a full refund. I have now received the refund !!

"Thought might be a scam but order finally arrived today"

!!Update!!
My order finally arrived today, typically just after I panicked and bought one from somewhere else as this is what my daughter had asked santa for.

Ordered 2 sleeping bags mid November. When they hadn't arrived in the stated 2 days I emailed and got a response from someone called Adam saying that one of then was out of stock. I was given the option of sending the one which was in stock and I received this promptly. However now a month later and the other one has not arrived and no reply to multiple emails make me believe that it is likely not going to arrive. Hopefully I can order elsewhere in time for Christmas as its what my 2 year old has asked for from santa.

Two sleeping bags ordered beginning of November for end of November dispatch. Taken my money and have never received the items ordered. Numerous emails and daily phone calls made to company with no response

"DISGUSTING SCAMMERS!!!"

Placed my order on the 5th November not received a thing!! Ordered 2 sleeping bags for my kids for Christmas my emails are being ignored the phone number on the website does not work, absolute joke of a company I’ll be reporting to trading standards and getting my money back from the bank!
