I ordered from this company on 3 December, sent various emails asking where the order was with no response. Tried ringing,automatic answer said no one available. Sounds like a total scam !
Beware and do not order from them!

Same story as the other customers, took my money then no communication for weeks. After chasing was told they didn't have stock (of their own products?) weeks went by and I recovered the money through the bank. They then immediately emailed and said that their goods were stuck in customs.
Appalling business, with incredibly poor communications and most likely a scam.

Emailed several times. So disappointed as my daughter always wanted one so I wanted to surprise her.
All I wanted was some sort of response or a refund.

Same as a previous customer. I placed order 22 Nov then didn't receive goods. Sent lots of emails then got a reply from 'Adam's stating will receive order between 8-11
Dec. Still no sign. No correspondence at all available. I'm claiming from my bank...I hope

After reading everyones elses reviews it is visible everyone is having the same problem.
I ordered on 20.11.23 and still not recieved anything.
I recieved an email off of "Adam" stating delivery would now be between 8th-11th December and still nothing.
"Christine" has now emailed me stating they are still waiting for stock.
Obviously scammers.
Ill be reporting the so called company and putting a claim in with my bank

Terrible company. Been waiting since 17th November. Daughter’s birthday been and gone which I was buying the item for. Telephone number doesn’t connect and no response to numerous emails. Going to speak to the credit card company to try and get a refund.

I posted a few weeks back. Cosy napper finally replied to my email stating that my order would arrive between 8th/11th December after waiting since 4th November. I have tried to email them today and it’s bounced back saying that there email doesn’t exist anymore. I have just gone to there website and again that’s gone. So glad my bank opened a dispute and I have received my money back. I have since reordered from Amazon and they are fab
