I ordered here thinking I was on the happy nappers site. This isn’t the same as the company that’s advertised on tv. Although my sleeping bags did come next day and they are very good , I’m just shocked I thought it was the happy nappers brand so look carefully , I just hope it isn’t a dodgy site as obviously payed via card so they would have my details

"Your order won't arrive"
I wish I had looked on Trust Pilot before ordering - I ordered as the reviews on the site were good, and it appeared as a recommended item on Google. Our order hasn't arrived, the communication is poor, I've effectively been told 'it's a problem with the courier', not us.
If that's the case - and is the result of all these negative reviews - I'd suggest changing the courier? But I don't believe that's the case. I've requested a full refund as it's yet to arrive and they can't give me any details about how or when it will get to me, or where it is now.
According to the tracking info it's been out for delivery for over a week and 'arriving today' for the past eight days...

Ordered for my granddaughter unfortunately someone else ordered her something similar contacted cosy nappers I had to meet the cost of returning £9.39 no return labels provided please beware this company do not except returns before 10am no mention of this in the policy or over the weekend so it gets sent back i am a pensioner who is now out of pocket emails back and forward to Michael no customer care at all could care less attitude.
Have some empathy for your customers.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Horrendous customer service. I’ve been emailing since December trying to return and get a refund for items that were sent a month late!!! So they were no longer needed!

Ordered early December for delivery before Christmas. Got an email a week before Christmas to say the items was not coming. So I've then emailed back to cancel the order for a refund. Not heard back at all with multiple emails sent and then the items arrive 2 weeks into January. The items are not needed as they was for Christmas. Joke on a so called company who can't respond to emails or their customers, stay away

Awful. Ordered two sleeping bags, both arrived faulty and company won't answer emails. Phone number on their website goes straight to voicemail with no-one returning my calls. If anyone knows how to get in contact please let me know.

Received sleeping after Xmas, it was a Xmas present, no way to return it! Went and panic bought off Amazon!! Now stuck with a sleeping bag, no way to return. And no response to emails either!

"I ordered the dragon sleeping bag three…heir"
I ordered the dragon sleeping bag three weeks before Christmas and paid extra for fast track delivery but the order didn’t arrive until 11th January. I called and emailed their customer team several times with zero response. I received an email ahead of the delivery as the dragon was no longer available and I was asked if I minded having an alternative. I asked for a refund instead including the extra delivery cost but again had no response and the parcel was sent out anyway. I’ve been in touch again to ask how to return the item and be refunded but am still waiting for a response. So no, I’m not happy with Cosynappers and I don’t recommend their products or their customer service

I ordered 2 in November (my 4 year old asked for one for Christmas)
I have still recieved nothing. I recieved a call saying it had been held in customs and they would send a different one (at this point I thought even if I recieve one my child will have one ). I then was advised it was shipped but nothing was ever recieved no tracking , unable to contact , I’ve sent emails which come back stating they are closed for Christmas until 27th December and will respond when they return ….. it’s 23rd January. Very long Christmas break. 🙄🙄 won’t use again and will strongly advise no one else does either.
